Copper Blossom is a stunning bar with a garden-inspired aesthetic where beauty meets flavour. As well as our 'dripping in flowers' indoor garden we have an outdoor seating area with a stunning view of Edinburgh Castle.

Our extensive cocktail list not only looks good; it tastes even better.

After visiting copper blossom twice on previous visits to the city I was very excited to return. On previous visits we had been greeted at the door and taken to a table, followed by excellent table service the entire evening and we were never left without a drink. This time however - no one at the door, we waited for about 10 minutes for someone to come see to us however were ignored. After waiting we decided to just take a seat ourselves. There was what seemed to be a works night out at the same time with only one person on at the bar. We were in the venue for over an hour and had managed to order one single drink in that time. When last orders were called we decided to try order one last drink at around 1130. The large party ordered a round of 10 cocktails and due to only one girl being on the bar it took about 20 minutes to make. Meaning that we had 10 minutes until closing to wait for the single bar tender to make 2 cocktails and then drink them before they shut. The man that appeared to be a manager noticed a queue of people trying to order drinks before closing however ignored this and began tidying up the bar. Our visit was extremely disappointing considering the great experience I have had before. In future if the venue is aware of large parties they should ensure they have enough staff to cope with this.

Visited on Sunday 8th Sept for boozy brunch. Our party of 4 enjoyed a variety of small plates, as well as one large plate (burger) and everything was delicious, well presented and served with a smile. Our cocktails and mocktails were beautifully presented and tasted heavenly. I have mobility issues and had to use the lift for access. I always worry in these situations as it can seem as though you’re an inconvenience…this was definitely not the case here. Josh was just wonderful, he helped us access the lift, ensured the table was appropriate and was, overall, just a very nice young man. All the staff were polite, welcoming and chatty but Josh went that extra mile and it was very much appreciated. We will definitely be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A day out with the girls ended with drinks and food at Copper Bloesom …..our server was amazing and the place is beautiful !! 100% be back again 👌🏽

Absolutely amazing boozy brunch 🤗 Food was delicious any very versatile, cocktails were perfect the atmosphere was really lovely. Staff were great they were always around but not disturbing. Highly recommend

We went to Copper Blossom twice while in Edinburgh! The drinks were incredible, the food is delicious, and the staff was so friendly. They were excited to tell us about the cocktails and conduct the presentations. We were impressed with the many (many) small plates and cocktails we ordered!

Really lovely place! Excellent service. Only slight gripe would be the music was just a tiny bit too loud at 6.30pm to have a decent conversation. Other than that, lovely place, would definitely go back.

Great food, great service. Nice food options to choose from. Didn’t have cocktails but the tables around us did and they looked incredible. Jorja was great- very attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back.

We were really looking forward to celebrating our anniversary here whilst on a trip to Edinburgh, but unfortunately, our experience here was not a good one. Service was poor: They forgot one of the starters & I had to go to the counter to ask for drinks. Food was very average. (We gave one of the mains back). The one shining light was the guy (seemed like the manager) who addressed our issue with the main. He promptly rectified the issue and did not charge us for it, so kudos must be given for that. The restaurant itself was modern and the toilets spotless. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough to recover the night.

( Here for drinks only but unable to leave the stars for food blank.) Went for cocktails and had 2 pornstar martinis which were very well made. Hubby had 2 beers. Lovely ambience and service and such a nice treat
