Overall it is a good option to eat. We have eaten quite a bit of times here. This time, our servant just looked like she was annoyed to work or serve. Not so great , specially since it is not an inexpensive place.

Great view, pasta dishes and desserts. We enjoyed our wine and brussel sprouts side as well. Our waitress was friendly & informative.

Had brunch with 3 girlfriends. We all enjoyed our meal and the service was great. Would dine here again.

What attracted me to Cooper and Salt were the items marked gluten free in the menu. But when I went there for breakfast I was informed while they offered GF toast,they did not have a separate toaster. I was also informed all the GF items were cross contaminated and even the GF oatmeal did not contain verified GF oats. I was so very disappointed because the restaurant is lovely with great views of the Puget Sound and the wait staff customer service is excellent. The fault is with management that cannot do something as simple as have a designed GF toaster. Why bother offering GF items if the customers with allergies or celiac cannot be protected? Sadly, I will not be back.

Went for brunch and many options to choose from. I must say the lemon ricotta pancakes are a must! I look forward to coming back!

Unbeatable setting and view. Good wait service but took an hour to get our food. Drinks slow too. And while much of the food was good…the main item-halibut- was overcooked and dry. Too bad.

I took my wife out on a date night to copper and salt and we have a pretty good time. The server was attentitive, we got seated quickly once the reservation was sorted out and enjoyed the food. The quality and taste of the food was good but after ordering the elk which comes with quite the ticket, the only objection was that it was not noted that it was farm raised and having enjoyed wild elk many times, it was a little disappointing. The cooking of it was perfect and the seasoning was great. No complaints there. Overall a great meal and my wife had a great time which was the most important part of the evening.
