Copper & Sage excels at the unexpected. From traditional Southern dishes to innovative creations, Chef Evon Profitt has designed his menu to satisfy every palate. Indulge in dishes like our Cast Iron Duck or our house-made tagliatelle with Italian sausage & kale in a lemon cream sauce.

We offer an array of handhelds such as our Pork Belly Tacos with kimchi, fresno chiles & sriracha aioli, or dive into one of our smashburgers or our angus/duroc blend patti with gruyere and trumpet/maitake mushrooms.

On the weekends, we brunch hard with plates like the Monte Cristo or our Cast Iron Hash featuring cubed sirloin and a medley of the good stuff.

Try us for cocktails after work or date night--our stunning patio will set the vibe for the delectable cocktails and menu items that will have you coming back for more.

Monte christo sandwich huge and deep fried. All my friend could taste was grease as it all settled. They forgot balsamic glaze on avocado toast and only 1 egg. Tasted good though. The 2 different bennies that were ordered were good. Very kind waitress and mgr who made things right.

Waiter was amazing, place is beautiful highly recommend pork belly tacos! Cinnamon roll wasn’t as good.

It was just ok. Definitely not fine dining but fine dining prices. Limited menu. We had crispy green beans as an appetizer - good! I had two mixed cocktails. Good but wayyyy over priced for the teeny sizes they were. Beer was $7 for maybe a 10 oz. We both got sandwiches good but nothing to bring us back. It’s a place we won’t go back unless with are with others who want to go. Too many other places we like better.

Food was decent and drinks were good. Service was solid but it definitely wasn’t worth the money. My wife and I both had a dinner meal, split an appetizer, two sides, and a cocktail each and with tip was over 200. Food wasn’t worth that price and the inside is nothing special. We sat at a high top and all we heard were the waitresses talking with kitchen staff. We were hoping it would be a new go to spot but we probably won’t be going back

The food is pretty good and the cocktails are even better. Our server was very nice. She had a slight hiccup in understanding which pork belly tacos my wife ordered. She ordered off the brunch menu and our server rang up the tacos from the dinner menu, which yes- both are pork belly tacos, but have different contents. Our server corrected this and once my wife got what she wanted, she was very happy with her meal. Honestly, nothing to complain about. We will definitely be returning. The biscuits and gravy are fantastic!

First time here and absolutely loved everything from the food to the service. Highly recommend. We will be back for sure.

The service and ambience here are absolutely wonderful. I wish we had more places like this in the west valley.

My wife and I did a “Date Night” at Copper and Sage and everything was wonderful. The staff from the hostesses to the bartenders, the waitress and the managers were all very friendly. Our food was delicious, my wife had the scallops and I had the short ribs, both were outstanding. Our dessert, the Praline Torte fell short of what we had hoped it would be and feel it may be better if it were warmed. We plan on going back again and again. Just make sure you have the Pappy 15 in stock!

We visited on New Year’s Eve and we enjoyed amazing drinks, delicious food (the Deviled Eggs are a MUST), the Tagliatelle pasta is my go to and a for sure fave! Hubs had the Chicken Sandwich and he love it. We had Crème Brûlée for dessert! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We will certainly be back!
