Copper & Sage excels at the unexpected. From traditional Southern dishes to innovative creations, Chef Evon Profitt has designed his menu to satisfy every palate. Indulge in dishes like our Cast Iron Duck or our house-made tagliatelle with Italian sausage & kale in a lemon cream sauce.

We offer an array of handhelds such as our Pork Belly Tacos with kimchi, fresno chiles & sriracha aioli, or dive into one of our smashburgers or our angus/duroc blend patti with gruyere and trumpet/maitake mushrooms.

On the weekends, we brunch hard with plates like the Monte Cristo or our Cast Iron Hash featuring cubed sirloin and a medley of the good stuff.

The family had a nice evening at Copper & Sage. The atmosphere is really nice and the staff is outstanding. I'm still trying to figure out how to classify the menu. If I were to tell somebody that it's a "xyz" style food... There are several southern food items on the menu as well as standard American foods such as steak and burgers. Take a peek at the menu before going and you'll get what I mean. It seems like a little bit of an identity crisis there. Also, the sides are "a la carte". Value wise, I don't feel that this is sustainable as a Monday - Friday quick idea. My family of 4, bill was $300 w/tip.. 4 meals w/sides.. two cokes and 3 bar drinks.

Overall. Very nice place and The food was good! But the drink prices are expensive! Didn’t even order a special cocktail! Over price small cocktails. Bummer too.

Unfortunately it was a disappointing meal. Service was so-so. Kale salad was very poorly served-big leaves difficult to eat. Fries were dry and flavorless. Fish tacos ok but not worth the price.

Everything was great BUT for the lighting. In the daytime hours, the glare is so bright from the exterior that you cannot see the faces of the people across the table from yourself. You cannot take photos and you squint throughout. Unless a guaranteed seat in an interior booth (during the day hours), I would not return. Evening hours, this handicap is gone. But, yet to see how the summer light has the same effect throughout the day and night.

Our Server was excellent, very helpful (since this was our first time at the restaurant) and very attentive. The food was great especially the bacon wrapped dates. Parking on-site should be avoided, with a covered garage steps away.

Food was very good. The service was also very good. My fries came cold, and they immediately went back and got a fresh hot order for me. Would like to see a side salad on the menu to go with entree's, instead of just large salads. Some items on the menu were a little pricey, but overall not bad. Nice environment.

At 5 PM, there was no place to park. All of the limited parking spaces were taken. The parking garage is not close by. We will not be going back there again.

Let me start out by saying the service was excellent. The wait staff was very prompt and attentive. All the rest? Not so good. The wife started off with a drink, very tasty, but was so small, it could fit in a 4 oz orange juice glass. $14, but was really a $7 drink at most. On to the appetizer. We ordered the charcuterie board. $19 for two. Very unimpressive collection of cheese you would find at the Safeway salad bar, accompanied by a handful of pepperoni slices folded into triangles. The roasted pine nuts were very good, but not good enough to carry the dish. The wife ordered the salmon. While it was grilled, it was not cooked all the way through and there was absolutely no seasoning. There was no salt or pepper at the table. So there was no way to attempt to recover. I had the mussels. While it was a very full bowl, the broth was more akin to chicken soup rather than garlic, butter, and white wine. It did have corn in it and for some reason, there was boiled andouille sausage. Again, nearly tasteless and visually unappealing. The ice tea was very good. The total bill was $106.50 for two people, and did not include desert. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area where a $100 meal would be much more satisfying. I suggest you look for those and give this place a pass.

Shrimp & Grits were great as were deviled eggs and bacon wrapped shrimp. Nice seating, nice ambience, good service. Will be back.
