Copper & Sage excels at the unexpected. From traditional Southern dishes to innovative creations, Chef Evon Profitt has designed his menu to satisfy every palate. Indulge in dishes like our Cast Iron Duck or our house-made tagliatelle with Italian sausage & kale in a lemon cream sauce.

We offer an array of handhelds such as our Pork Belly Tacos with kimchi, fresno chiles & sriracha aioli, or dive into one of our smashburgers or our angus/duroc blend patti with gruyere and trumpet/maitake mushrooms.

On the weekends, we brunch hard with plates like the Monte Cristo or our Cast Iron Hash featuring cubed sirloin and a medley of the good stuff.

Try us for cocktails after work or date night--our stunning patio will set the vibe for the delectable cocktails and menu items that will have you coming back for more.

Enjoyed the evening. Wish for more vegan/vegetarian options as there were no V entrees. For the table, food ranged from 3-5 stars - pasta dish being a 5. Our server was great - Cicely. And the ambience was nice - energy but not too loud. We plan to go back.

This was our first time at Copper and Sage and we will definitely go back. We were there to celebrate my birthday and we were not disappointed in the food, the ambience or the service. Our waitress, Maddie was very attentive and very engaging. She made our experience fun and memorable. She’s an excellent waitress. Three of the people in our party had the Walleye fish and chips, and I had the Wagyu beef served over grits. Everyone loved the fish dinner and said it was absolutely one of the best fish and chip dinners they had ever had. The Wagyu beef was so tender and was a very generous portion. The restaurant has a great wine list as well as cocktails, both alcoholic and nonalcoholic. The restaurant gave me a birthday dessert, and I chose the Campfire Brownie. It was absolutely delicious! We sat outside and the atmosphere is great.

Restaurant was very loud. The food is expensive for what you get. Example the salmon was good but it only came with side of a coleslaw type of greens and nothing else. A side like a baked potato, rice or something like that you think they would offer.

Good experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with just the right balance of elegance and comfort. The service was outstanding—our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, making us feel right at home. The menu offered a fantastic variety of dishes, and everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. I particularly loved the salmon which was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The dungenous crab cakes were equally impressive. It’s clear that the team takes pride in every aspect of the dining experience, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent food, great service, and a memorable evening out!

Monte christo sandwich huge and deep fried. All my friend could taste was grease as it all settled. They forgot balsamic glaze on avocado toast and only 1 egg. Tasted good though. The 2 different bennies that were ordered were good. Very kind waitress and mgr who made things right.

Waiter was amazing, place is beautiful highly recommend pork belly tacos! Cinnamon roll wasn’t as good.

It was just ok. Definitely not fine dining but fine dining prices. Limited menu. We had crispy green beans as an appetizer - good! I had two mixed cocktails. Good but wayyyy over priced for the teeny sizes they were. Beer was $7 for maybe a 10 oz. We both got sandwiches good but nothing to bring us back. It’s a place we won’t go back unless with are with others who want to go. Too many other places we like better.

Food was decent and drinks were good. Service was solid but it definitely wasn’t worth the money. My wife and I both had a dinner meal, split an appetizer, two sides, and a cocktail each and with tip was over 200. Food wasn’t worth that price and the inside is nothing special. We sat at a high top and all we heard were the waitresses talking with kitchen staff. We were hoping it would be a new go to spot but we probably won’t be going back

The food is pretty good and the cocktails are even better. Our server was very nice. She had a slight hiccup in understanding which pork belly tacos my wife ordered. She ordered off the brunch menu and our server rang up the tacos from the dinner menu, which yes- both are pork belly tacos, but have different contents. Our server corrected this and once my wife got what she wanted, she was very happy with her meal. Honestly, nothing to complain about. We will definitely be returning. The biscuits and gravy are fantastic!
