Copper & Sage excels at the unexpected. From traditional Southern dishes to innovative creations, Chef Evon Profitt has designed his menu to satisfy every palate. Indulge in dishes like our Cast Iron Duck or our house-made tagliatelle with Italian sausage & kale in a lemon cream sauce.

We offer an array of handhelds such as our Pork Belly Tacos with kimchi, fresno chiles & sriracha aioli, or dive into one of our smashburgers or our angus/duroc blend patti with gruyere and trumpet/maitake mushrooms.

On the weekends, we brunch hard with plates like the Monte Cristo or our Cast Iron Hash featuring cubed sirloin and a medley of the good stuff.

Appetizers were good - deviled eggs and humus The Arugula salad was good but on the small side The Crispy chicken sandwich was good. The major disappointment was the catfish Poboy. It was a soggy, tasteless mess. The menu said it came with a spicy coleslaw which I imagine they use rather than Remoulade Sauce sauce but added nothing but flavorless liquid. The French fries that came with it looked like they were what was left from an hour before. Major disappointment.

We were a group of six. Three people in our group thought that some parts of their meals were decent but not great. The other three in our group did not like their meals. Comments from those people included that the food was very dry or too salty. We ordered the large charcuterie board as an appetizer. It was the most pitiful board I’ve ever seen. It cost $35 and was supposed to feed four people. The board wouldn’t have been suitable for two guests. We have had beautiful boards at other restaurants that were much better, more bountiful, and cost a lot less, so we were truly disappointed in this board. Everyone in our group ordered drinks but we all enjoy drinking water as well when we dine out. The bottle of still water they provided was not enough for six guests and it took a while to for the server to return to our table to request a second bottle. Service was ok as we thought the waitress was very sweet but didn’t check in on us very often. The restaurant was louder than we anticipated. Because of all the hard floors and other surfaces sounds and voices from other tables / guests were really amplified. I understand this is a new restaurant and they may be working out the kinks, but based on our experience I don’t think we will be back anytime soon. We all felt that it was was overpriced for what we got, especially the charcuterie board.

5of us had lunch on the patio and totally enjoyed ourselves. Friendly staff and good food.

The noise was extremely loud in the separate room. Needs some carpeting to absorb some of the noise!

The food was simply wonderful. We had bacon wrapped dates, and the deviled eggs to start. Both were fantastic! My wife and the Strip steak which was cooked to a perfect med rare, so tasty. I had the mussels…wow!! That’s all I can say. I’ve cooked professionally for over 30 years and that was a damn good meal. My two Old Fashions we fantastic as well. Service was good and the place is well put together, very comfortable, classy decor. We will be back!! Thanks, Joel.

The family had a nice evening at Copper & Sage. The atmosphere is really nice and the staff is outstanding. I'm still trying to figure out how to classify the menu. If I were to tell somebody that it's a "xyz" style food... There are several southern food items on the menu as well as standard American foods such as steak and burgers. Take a peek at the menu before going and you'll get what I mean. It seems like a little bit of an identity crisis there. Also, the sides are "a la carte". Value wise, I don't feel that this is sustainable as a Monday - Friday quick idea. My family of 4, bill was $300 w/tip.. 4 meals w/sides.. two cokes and 3 bar drinks.

Overall. Very nice place and The food was good! But the drink prices are expensive! Didn’t even order a special cocktail! Over price small cocktails. Bummer too.

Unfortunately it was a disappointing meal. Service was so-so. Kale salad was very poorly served-big leaves difficult to eat. Fries were dry and flavorless. Fish tacos ok but not worth the price.
