Copper & Sage excels at the unexpected. From traditional Southern dishes to innovative creations, Chef Evon Profitt has designed his menu to satisfy every palate. Indulge in dishes like our Cast Iron Duck or our house-made tagliatelle with Italian sausage & kale in a lemon cream sauce.

We offer an array of handhelds such as our Pork Belly Tacos with kimchi, fresno chiles & sriracha aioli, or dive into one of our smashburgers or our angus/duroc blend patti with gruyere and trumpet/maitake mushrooms.

On the weekends, we brunch hard with plates like the Monte Cristo or our Cast Iron Hash featuring cubed sirloin and a medley of the good stuff.

Try us for cocktails after work or date night--our stunning patio will set the vibe for the delectable cocktails and menu items that will have you coming back for more.

First time dining at Copper and Sage and I will definitely be back! Great venue, delicious food, courteous staff and excellent service!

So it was our first time to dine here. - definitely not our last!! Great service Manager Megan was EXCELLENT! Loved her and told her so! Our waitress was Kelly - also excellent. We got there early and had a drink at the bar. Met some new friends who were as excited about this new restaurant as we were🙌🙌. I had the. Nashville chicken with Beignets - Was good but the beignets need to be “lighter” in consistency (if that makes sense). Will definitely be back to dine here again!!! We sat outside for the first really beautiful evening in Goodyear AZ for the this winter season. ( haha. It was only 95!)

Finally! Something worth driving from Scottsdale for vs the other way around. Overall excellent!!! Excellent menu and service!

We tried the bacon wrapped dates and they really were delicious. I had the Tagliatelle pasta and it was very good as well. My husband and son had the sirloin steak and it was not hot and very fatty. Pretty pricey for the portion too. They did not make a complaint. I felt like the manager was very attentive and most likely would have fixed it. Server was very nice too.

Overall our experience was very good. This is new for Goodyear to have a restaurant of this quality and I feel that the staff delivers a high value dinner. I would recommend this place to anyone. It’s really close to our house and brings quality dining closer than traveling to Phoenix. I’m excited that they choose to come to Goodyear.

Staff was super friendly and provided helpful tips while navigating the menu. We sat outdoors and it could not have been more pleasant. It’s a wonderful add for a local area that is in need of variations from the nationwide chains. Looking forward to taking our friend group to their “speak easy” room for dinner.

It looked inviting when we got there and so happy to have a nice restaurant on the West side of town. We were looking forward to walleye as we are from the Mid West we ordered 2 meals of walleye and 15” later the server comes to say she has bad news, no walleye. We were very disappointed. We then ordered the scallops there were 4 of us and each meal came out separately. Very odd for one person to be eating and the rest waiting. One and done. They comped one dessert for each couple but that was not enough to bring us back too many errors

Waitress was lovely. She was attentive na s shared predictive on the menu which I appreciate. Food was a little mixed I ordered the scallops and they were very good. Two people ordered the walleye fish and chip. I don’t think either would order again based on their experience. The dish was overdone and the breading was heavy and salty. The chips had an interesting seasoning but weee a hit cold they arrived . Menu was interesting. I would definitely give them another try.

Brunch was great. Interesting menu with lots of selections. I didn’t like the coffee. I think it was a chicory type but that’s just me. Prefer a dark robust coffee. Will come back!
