Copper & Sage excels at the unexpected. From traditional Southern dishes to innovative creations, Chef Evon Profitt has designed his menu to satisfy every palate. Indulge in dishes like our Cast Iron Duck or our house-made tagliatelle with Italian sausage & kale in a lemon cream sauce.

We offer an array of handhelds such as our Pork Belly Tacos with kimchi, fresno chiles & sriracha aioli, or dive into one of our smashburgers or our angus/duroc blend patti with gruyere and trumpet/maitake mushrooms.

On the weekends, we brunch hard with plates like the Monte Cristo or our Cast Iron Hash featuring cubed sirloin and a medley of the good stuff.

Great addition to the West Valley! Really nice decor and ambiance. Great for date night. Excellent service. Enjoyed the mussels. Would order them again. Large patio looks very inviting. I look forward to trying the weekend brunch in the future. The dessert menu is very limited. My only recommendation is that they add a really good key lime pie!

Loved the new area where this is located, and keep in mind you will most likely have to use the parking garage because of the crowd, the Stillery restaurant is right next door and they are both at capacity I went on a Wed night. I am allergic to all seafood which is what you smell as soon as you enter, but they have great outdoor seating and a private dinning room also. Dinner menu was limited, I ordered the Chicken Sandwich nashville hot some folk may like a giant thick piece of meat in the middle of your bun. I cut the meat in half and replace it on bun. It was just ok, Fries were good. Order 1st Drink can't remember name of it but it was great order another, 3 times but didn't get it. finally server says only 1 bartender and he has not made it yet and ask if I wanted to cancel as I was done with dinner. I agreed. My wife had the Salmon and loved the entire experience, Me not so much.

Wagu short ribs and Bayou mussels were outstanding. Our server, December was top notch. So happy to have Copper and Sage in Goodyear.

Service is friendly and helpful, booths are quite comfortable. Unique menu initially had me unsure what I would order and love but don’t fear-every thing was fabulous! The walleye was huge and so good, pasta flavorful, chicken tasty. Beignets were a bit overcooked but still a good dessert. Enjoy!

Nicely decorated and good ambiance. Bartender makes a great margarita! Food was okay. We sat in view of the chef and saw my meal sit there for more than 10 minutes while my wife’s meal was prepared. Both were hot sandwiches, so they were not vastly different in regards to prep time. Service was spotty. Our empty plates were left in our table for extended periods and it took a long time to get our bill. I had to ask for it.

Excellent food (tenderloin and hot chicken sandwich). Server disappeared for prolonged stretches but it wasn't terribly long. Kind of a strange ambiance - are they a sports bar, fine dining, or gastropub? The two TVs over the bar are OK but having a huge screen in the main dining area seemed out of place and out of character.

Great place for my business meeting today, server and ambiance was fire! Crab cakes and walleye were bomb!! I WILL be back! Prices a little bit up there, but everything was top notch and made it worth it!

Enjoyed the evening. Wish for more vegan/vegetarian options as there were no V entrees. For the table, food ranged from 3-5 stars - pasta dish being a 5. Our server was great - Cicely. And the ambience was nice - energy but not too loud. We plan to go back.
