With craft cocktails and an extensive wine list, it's easy to find the perfect beverage to pair with Coppa's modern Italian cuisine. Neapolitan-inspired pizzas are some of the most popular items on the menu – the Coppa Pepperoni and Carnissima are crowd favorites. I’ve dined at your restaurant before and always had good experiences, but this time was disappointing. Despite having an 8:30 reservation, we waited over 30 minutes to be seated. The food was bland and lacked seasoning, our server was inattentive, and the noise level was overwhelming. To top it off, a nearby table had a child get sick, which made it impossible to continue eating. Overall, it was a very poor experience

It was a busy Friday night, with inclement weather outside (rain) hampering the use of the patio. Still, with a reservation at 7:15pm, we were not seated until 8:05pm. The staff did comp us prosecco and an appetizer for the wait - but it was a bit out of control nonethe less. The food remains a high point here and the service was well done by Anderson. Overall we enjoyed the evening, but it could have been smoother!

The restaurant was beautiful and cozy. There needed to be some sort of sauce with chickpeas appetizer and the shrimp scampi pasta was over done. The noodles were too large and not enough seasoning on the shrimp. The chicken was great! You were out of 43 and a wine we chose. It’s a busy time of year.

Food was fantastic. My issue was with the hostess - there were plenty of tables and times on open table and she said there were no tables and to wait in the bar - she didn’t take my name. I went ahead and booked a table for 8:30 (it was 8:30) and then showed her my reservation. She said to wait in the bar. We waited 15 minutes and there were four tables available, so I pointed that out to her. She didn’t want to seat us, but a sweet waiter said he would seat us. Maybe you were short on staff. One waiter started to wait on us and then disappeared so we got another one’s attention and he stayed with us the entire evening and was lovely. We loved the food but won’t be back because of that woman and the way she treated us. Lots of other options around town with better service. I’m sorry to say this.

Service was incredible! The food was excellent. The food was brought to the table so fast for each course we almost thought they had to be prepping it before we ordered it. Fun lively environment.
