Title: Disgraceful Service and Zero Hospitality I had high hopes for Copinette, but my experience was nothing short of abysmal. Despite having a confirmed reservation, we arrived to find the restaurant essentially shutting down. No effort was made to honor our booking, offer us even a drink at the bar, or provide any semblance of hospitality. The staff couldn’t have been less accommodating, and to add insult to injury, the atmosphere was utterly ruined by deafening, awful dance music blaring through the space. This is not what anyone expects from a restaurant that supposedly prides itself on sophistication. It’s baffling how a place can operate with such disregard for its customers. Don’t waste your time or money here—there are far better places in the city that actually value their patrons. Copinette clearly doesn’t.

For starters we ordered the crab cake and warm goat cheese salad both of which were very good. For our main course we ordered the halibut and lamb chops. Both were excellent. The plates were very artistic which certainly enhanced the experience. Our server was attentive and the wait staff did a good job of taking away dishes at the right time. Ambiance was quiet and warm. We would definitely come back!

Every aspect was perfect. Food, waitress, atmosphere all 100%. My kids loved it, and for Manhattan dining, very reasonably priced.

As out-of-towners we booked Copinette for Thanksgiving dinner based on good reviews and a menu we liked. It was a fantastic experience. Despite being extremely busy they coped admirably. Service was good and the food delicious. Being extremely full by dessert time I had not intended to eat all of the warm pecan pie - but I could not bring myself to leave any on the plate! Only feeling of sadness is that this is not my local restaurant.

I’ve eaten here before and enjoyed it but their Thanksgiving offerings were terrible. Extremely small portions of poor to mediocre food.

Took a chance for Thanksgiving and was very happy Food was delicious aid despite Thanksgiving mayhem, overall attentive service. Will be back.

Very disappointing Thanksgiving meal, especially since we were eating early in the afternoon and expected much more. The turkey meal served wouldn't measure up to an after Thanksgiving meal at home. The turkey was chopped up and mixed in gravy served over cranberry sauce. Much too early in the day for them to be running out of turkey meat. The scallop appetizer was rather good and the service was excellent. All three desserts offered were not special.
