Bienvenue au Coperta ! L'établissement ne prend que quelques réservations ; la majorité de la salle à manger reste disponible pour les clients sans réservation. Si l'horaire désiré n'est pas disponible en ligne, veuillez vous rendre directement au restaurant. Le restaurant est spécialisé dans la cuisine et le vin de Rome et de l'Italie méridionale. Coperta signifiant « couverture », l'établissement a pour objectif de vous couvrir confortablement grâce à une nourriture et un accueil réconfortants durant votre expérience culinaire. Le Mezzogiorno sépare le Sud de l'Italie du Nord. L'établissement tire sa fierté de ces régions et de l'histoire de leur cuisine et leur culture. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Coperta for the second time, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, the warm ambiance and inviting decor set the tone for a relaxed and intimate evening. The food was exceptional; every dish I tried was bursting with subtle yet unique flavors. I highly recommend the Berkshire Pork Shoulder and house-made Italian sausage, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection. The pasta was fresh, the sauces rich, and the dessert (gelati e sorbetti) was the ideal sweet ending. A huge shoutout to Paul and Sarah, who go above and beyond to make every visit special. Paul’s knowledge of the menu was impressive, and Sarah provided excellent recommendations that enhance the meal. The friendly service and attention to detail makes you feel right at home. Together, they make the dining experience truly unforgettable. Thank you to the team at Coperta for a fantastic evening two times in a row! I’ll definitely be back soon and cheers to the third.

Came for their Little Italy night and loved every bite of it! Amazing service as we dined on the special menu offering their incredible take on old school classics like caesar salad, mozzarella sticks, chicken parm, and tiramisu. Definitely recommend!

A must dining spot whenever we come to Denver. The most delicious Italian food and always top notch friendly service. We had the best bruschetta, Italian sausage, focaccia and assortment of pastas. So glad they offer 1/2 servings of pasta so we can enjoy the amazing homemade focaccia, seasonal appetizers and dessert! Thank you for another great dining experience!

Birthday dinner celebration. Too 30 mins to get a glass of wine the food was terrible the service was awful they never came back to ask if our food was good did we need more drinks they charged us 36.00 for Shirley Temple when I brought it to the waiters attention he said he thought those were the kids first drinks… hahah he was the one that served the drinks . They never asked if we wanted dessert/coffee we are foodies we live downtown and enjoying dinning out 2-3times + a week the service and food was one of our worst experiences in a long time Gratuity was included so of course they don’t do have to provided good service . This is off my restaurant list and wouldn’t recommend coming here there are. many other Italian restaurants with delicious dishes & amazing service.

The food is always outstanding. I love the seasonal menus. Their cocktails are top tier and creative. My favorites include the mussels, pork shoulder, carbonara, and the donuts. Everything is always amazing.

Good place to come if you are craving pasta ! Our drinks were on the heavier side so one was enough. Deserts are also really good and environment was friendly.

Love the charm of this restaurant- gorgeous tile floor, brick walls and old built in shelving. The homemade focaccia was amazing and the pastas were delicious!

Food was very good and nice space. I would recommend. The only negative, I'm not a fan of restaurants that charge auto gratuity of 23%, including wine
