Quality of the food (both meats and sides) was excellent and the servers were also excellent. No gaps in the flow of food. The way they do the sides is a little different than most churrasqueiras (which usually do them in a buffet) but what they do works (and probably results in less waste). Value is great if you are really hungry and can eat a lot! The noise level is high. Not really possible to have relaxed conversation in a group of 5 (as we were). Overall, it's a fun place with excellent food. Muito obrigado to the staff

Few varieties of cuts. The staff is very polite, but the service is slow. For those who have been to a rodízio-style Steakhouse in Brazil, I do note recommend it. You will be disappointed. The background music is not only loud but also Caribbean, which has absolutely nothing to do with Brazil. The suggestion would be change the name or review the decor, music, as well as the cuts of meat.

My family and I had a great time at Copacabana to celebrate my parent’s anniversary. the staff were very accommodating with the right portion size to be able to taste a variety of food items on the menu. It’s a lovely space to have a lovely meal with friends and family. Many thanks!

The food was really good, but the service was terrible. Our table seemed to get skipped regularly for meat service, the Miami ribs never came, even after we requested them. We didn’t receive many of the sides that were ordered, and the portions of the sides were very tiny (if we did get them) eg, 1/4 of a cob of corn for 4 people, cut in two slices. I don’t think we would return.

Came here recently for my birthday. My actual birthday was July 11th Thursday. Reached out to the restaurant to request if it was possible to receive the free birthday meal on the day of my celebration, July 13th Saturday, but the restaurant did not even reply to my email request and ignored me. Regardless, still showed up for my reservation of 9 people on Saturday July 13th. More people ended up showing up to the reservation and we had more than 9 people. Restaurant staff were very accommodating and were able to fit the extra guests without any issues. Feedback from all guests is that the food was very good and performances were on point. It was a first time for many in my party and they all said they would gladly come again. When it came to the bill, the restaurant automatically split a portion of my birthday meal to everyone else's meal and it was a surprise. Lucky that I have understanding and generous friends. Overall good experience. I just wish the restaurant had been able to accommodate the free birthday meal request, since I ended up bringing a total of 11 people for my reservation.

Service was slow, there were several times within the two hours we were looking for our server. She had a very off energy around her (she seemed disorganized, she was rude at times, seemed stressed, and just didn’t seem happy to be serving us). It started affecting the birthday girl’s excitement and mood and closer to the end we just all wanted to leave. She probably didn’t care because she knew she would get the 20% gratuity.

The quality and detail that goes into each of the dishes is unmatched by any other restaurant! My Wife and I will continue to support this business. Food was amazing as always but service was terrible. Only checked on us a total of 3 times which were in a span of 30 minutes. We Ordered our first set of sides then server didn’t come by to get our 2nd order of sides so we had to wave her down. Afterwards, wanted more sides but took so long we decided on just asking for the bill and just to receive the bill took 20 min and to make payment took another 15 minutes. We come here frequently so it’s always been a great experience but this was the worst of them all. The 18% gratuity should have been none or 5% just because the food was great. Wish we had the option of changing the gratuity because you can definitely tell the type of service you’ll get sometimes by automatically getting a tip.
