Bad drinks service. Boise. Bad table location Get better, too pricey for what it has to ofeer!

The music is way too loud. It ruins the entire ambience/experience. When you can't hear the person sitting right beside you, it's annoying. The only time the music should be turned up that loud is when the dancers are performing. I saw several people complain and the servers asking the DJ to turn it down, but it never happened. Probably the only reason we're in no hurry to go back.

The food was amazing as always but the service was probably the worst we have ever experienced. The servers were not coming around very often. They seemed to be tied up with two large groups, one right next to the kitchen and the other in a designated area. It was unfortunate as we did not feel we got our moneys worth this time.

Tuesday night dinner with the family, place was packed. Meats are mouthwatering and variety of unlimited drinks was great. Always great music and vibe to make the evening unforgettable.

We had an AMAZING time!! The servers were amazing and soooo nice! The food was great!! The greeter at the door who got us our table was amazing. We expressed that we really didn’t like the table we got first so he made the accommodation. He was so kind and friendly about it. I recommend making a reservation ahead of time because they are extremely busy.

The customer service was horrible a had reservations for seven and we ended up sitting at 7:40 and then when they brought the cake out, they said they didn’t have time to cut it then even though we waited a long time to sit down, never coming here again, the meat barely came to our table. I was just very disappointed

The service was really bad . All side dishes came after food was almost done. 4 of them didn’t come at all

The food was beyond amazing ! The people going around with meat were so happy to help with anything, our waitress dropped the ball a bit,, we always had to flag someone down for drink refills and questions: but the atmosphere, servers and taste of food more than made up for it. Bartenders were friendly and even called us a ride since we aren’t from the area. I highly reccomend this place and can’t wait to go back

Waited for 25 minutes for the pineapple to come around. It never arrived. Waitress then told us she had to cash us out because the manager said so. Asked for pineapple again and said we couldn’t wait anymore. Also some of the meats never even made it to our table. Not sure why.
