Everything was amazing! The staff, food, drinks and ambiance were all absolutely amazing. I recommend to everyone to make a reservation, we had mad a reservation and we still had to wait a little, which was no problem to us because it was only about 10 minute extra wait. It was extremely busy the night we came and the staff still kept beautiful customer service. Our main streak server, always checked in on us and always asked if there was specific steaks we wanted. 10/10 experience. The price is worth it.

We come to Copa very often and as always, our visit was perfect. The food was great and the service was fantastic also. We can’t wait to come back! This is our special place to come for our date night

Amazing experience. The sides and meats are incredible the pineapple was to die for. The drinks were so tasty my wife and I had to try all the cocktails. The servers were very friendly and kind and would bring out anything you requested if they could. That said we did turn down offerings from one server a couple times in a row once due to my shell fish allergy and the other due to we didn't want any more of that chicken and he literally ignored us for over a hour went right beside us served the table beside us and walked away. At one point we didn’t get served anything but a couple pineapple pieces for 45 min. Which was disappointing watching everyone around us getting served food. Other than that the evening was amazing

Seems like the place has continued where it left off when they closed the doors years ago. Food and steak quality seems to have gone down and for that I would say not worth the price. Definitely not as good as the one on Adelaide used to be

All was great however it a physical menu should be an option. My mom was really struggling to view the menu or even open it on a phone..a little difficult for some not all.

Service is extremely poor - the servers walking around with meat don’t stop at each table, when they do and there isn’t much meat left to offer they say they’ll come right back with something fresh and never do - this happened three separate times.

Came here with a couple of friends for my best friends birthday, requested a booth and got sat in the corner of the restaurant. They hardly approached us and when they did its was chicken, pineapple and barely steak. We weren’t offered all the steaks they had. Quite disappointing and wasn’t like the other times we’ve been. Never even said happy birthday to my friend after spending a whopping $330 I was expecting more.

We ordered Mac n cheese and bread and it didn’t come until we were almost done dinner! It took forever for the sides to come out and we ended up eating meat and no carbs since it took the kitchen forever to make the carbs!!! My kids were not happy. We didn’t come to eat meat and salads alone. This is not like the original Copacabana. Everything just seemed cheap from the interior to tables. Poor ambience, dancers only came for 5 minutes. Washrooms were disgusting. Not worth $85 a plate. Will never visit again.
