The food was great and came quick. The service was okay up until the last hour or so. It took over 30 minutes for desert to come, as well as asking for the bill three separate occasions. If it wasn’t for the last hour where the service went from okay to bad I’d say it was a great experience.

What a fun experience! Servers were fantastic and attentive. The samba dancers were amazing and very professional. Food tasted great and side dishes came out fast. We arrived at 5:30 pm and two hours seating time was perfect, we did not feel rushed. We’ll be back again!

I’ve been a regular at Copacabana for years, but this was my first visit to this location, and I’m unsure if I’ll return. The Vaughan location has always been excellent. Unfortunately, at this location, several menu items were unavailable, and the service was slow. We had to wait nearly an hour just to get the picanha, which was disappointing.

Our waitress did not check up on us frequently enough. The 2nd half of our meal they stopped coming by our table with meats and only 1 of our food requests came out. We came at 830, the meats stopped showing up after 9:07. Around 9:40 we had to wave them over to serve us. We didn’t get a refill once and we had to ask the hostess that was cleaning the table next to us. We sat right next to the bar at 8:30pm September 18. Please check your camera footage to see how often we were eating. We were at the Vaughan location 2 weeks ago and did not have any of these issues.

Great food, very friendly servers. Would recommend to any steak lover out there wanting to try a variety of flavour combinations. Great atmosphere too.

Overall it was a nice experience, the servers were attentive and fantastic. One of the meat servers had grumpalumpalus syndrome, not sure why but there’s no place for this type of attitude in the hospitality industry. Aside from this all of the other servers were fantastic. The food was great, especially the parmigiano beef tenderloin. The sides were a little small. Cesar salad could be a bit bigger and the wild mushroom side dish was miniature in size, hardly worth it. The spicy Cesar is typically served with spicy beans, celery steaks, a pickle or even a pepperoncini pepper. The Cesar was very basic and very plain, definitely not worth $12.00. The old system of having a “serve yourself” table was great, this new system of ordering sides is nowhere near the same as before. The table of accouterments was a far better experience. I understand that it was changed during the time of Covid lockdowns but those days are far behind us now. It’s time to run the restaurant the original way again and nevermind Covid protocols. We prefer the old system and if the old system was still in place we would definitely attend The Copa a lot more. The new system is not for us.

We had a great experience celebrating a family member's birthday. The food was outstanding as always. Service could have been faster when serving the sides. Staff were courteous and polite.
