Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend I had high hopes for this restaurant, but the experience was beyond disappointing. Here’s a breakdown: 1.Unresponsive Phone Service Before visiting, I tried calling the restaurant at least 20 times during non-busy hours. No one answered. This was frustrating and should have been the first red flag. 2.Poor Service Despite having a reservation for a family of four, the service was absolutely chaotic and unorganized. I had read negative reviews about their service beforehand, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. 3.Unacceptable Wait Times •I waited around 40 minutes just to get pineapples. •Several meats we were expecting didn’t come to our table at all or arrived extremely late. For example, the meat with gooey cheese went to the table behind us three times before I had to ask repeatedly for it to be served to us. •The spinach dip was served after we finished our dinner, and it didn’t even have a proper depth with it. •The appetizers (like salads) were small and arrived late, leaving us with little to start with. 4.Tiny Plates The plates for appetizers and salads were incredibly small, which made it difficult to enjoy the starters properly. 5.Gratuity Issues An 18% gratuity was automatically added to our bill, which was unreasonable given the poor service. I paid it because it was Christmas Eve, but this left a bad impression—especially since I wouldn’t have voluntarily tipped that amount based on the service provided. 6.Overall Lack of Organization The restaurant seems severely understaffed and poorly managed. We had to keep asking for items, which made the entire meal feel frustrating rather than enjoyable. Conclusion: I will not be returning to the Toronto location. The service was abysmal, the food was delayed, and the overall experience was not worth the time or money. Save yourself the disappointment.

having to ask multiple times for specific meats was annoying. also random things kept getting sent to the table. also some Brazilian music would help.

The food and the experience were amazing. We went there to celebrate our 1 year engagement anniversary and they made us and our friend feel special. Camila, Victor and Subin were great!! They assisted us with everything we needed and made the experience even better!!

the food was really good, when we got it. for some reason, the meat cutters kept walking right passed us and skipping us. our server was hardly around, pretty much impossible to get her attention. when we did manage to order sides, half of them didn't come. i'm not sure what happened but since the location moved from adelaide to eglinton, this is the second time we've had a sub-par experience. it's supper unfortunate because the quality of the food is exceptional but the availability of it sucks as does the overall service.

The music is way too loud. It ruins the entire ambience/experience. When you can't hear the person sitting right beside you, it's annoying. The only time the music should be turned up that loud is when the dancers are performing. I saw several people complain and the servers asking the DJ to turn it down, but it never happened. Probably the only reason we're in no hurry to go back.

The food was amazing as always but the service was probably the worst we have ever experienced. The servers were not coming around very often. They seemed to be tied up with two large groups, one right next to the kitchen and the other in a designated area. It was unfortunate as we did not feel we got our moneys worth this time.

Tuesday night dinner with the family, place was packed. Meats are mouthwatering and variety of unlimited drinks was great. Always great music and vibe to make the evening unforgettable.
