The arancini appetizer was delicious! the prime burger was 1/2 delicious the other 1/2 stringy. Other than that the food at Coopers Hawk is always good, wine abundant, and desserts - especially the s'mores bundino - are very tasty and more unique then the standard at most restaurants.

Our waitress was friendly and attentive. She answered questions regarding different wines and allowed us to sample it before we ordered a bottle. It was a perfect evening for our mom’s night out.

We loved the sushi & avocado appetizer and the chicken entree. The jambalaya entree tasted different from any I had had before, but it was EXCELLENT. It took maybe longer than expected to receive the two glasses of wine that were ordered (at separate times during our meal). Although the noise level was sort of loud, we could still easily speak with everyone in our group.

Amazing experience. Food was excellent. We had the jambalaya and the seafood risotto. Also had the seafood bisque. Everything was served nicely and very tasty. Our booth was cozy. The assistant manager, Eric, visited us and was very friendly. Our waitress, Yacklyn, was so great. She went above and beyond in chatting and giving great descriptions of the food. Overall we loved it and will be back soon.

I had the red wine braised short ribs and my sister had Cooper’s hawk chicken giardiniera. Both were excellent choices. For dessert, the key lime pie is delicious - It's a little expensive but definitely worth it! We had reservations and were seated promptly. The service was outstanding, I have been a wine club member for several years and have never been disappointed with a meal whether it was lunch or dinner. I do recommend having a reservation because the wait can be long! Jamie, our server and Eric, the manager took the time to make us feel as valued guests!

Terrible service! No server for almost 20 minutes at the beginning. Notified manager, who apologized, and promised immediate improvement. Server came soon, but overall service i.e.: timely orders taken, drinks and water being delivered, etc. did not improve. All through the meal we needed to request more water, ask about drinks, and it took three requests to get a second bread serve. Also, terribly noisy! A large family group were seated near us. The small children were allowed to run around, yell and play like it was a playground. I understand this is not management’s direct responsibility, but a quiet word to the parents would have been completely appropriate. Manager promised to “do something to make it right“. We thought maybe complementary desert, or reduction on check…(? ) HE DID NOTHING! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Once again, we had an amazing experience at Cooper’s Hawk and Wheeling Illinois. We had Marlen as a server and she was excellent. I had the shrimp scampi, and the pasta is cooked perfectly. The general manager, Eric also spent some time with us at the table, making sure that everything we needed was taken care of.

We had a great time. Food was good; service excellent even though we tied up the table for 2 1/2 hours! (But we got there early -4pm).

We had a wonderful experience dining at Cooper's Hawk for thanksgiving dinner. Jessica, our waitress, elevated the dining experience to an exceptional overall experience. Also Eric, the general manager, stopped by and made our dinner even more memorable.
