The manager, who was acquainted with my friend, was exceptional. He frequently checked in on us and was incredibly friendly. He made a point to visit our table to assess how everything progressed, which was outstanding.

We dined at Coopers Hawk Wheeling last night 1/29 and had the BEST server, Maddie. She was so fun, personable, and attentive. We'll definitely be requesting Maddie next time we're at Coopers Hawk. This girl is a GEM! She deserves a bonus or a raise!

The food was excellent except for the "arancini" that tasted like a fried cheese ball with no rice inside, this was a poor excuse for an arancini.

Our server was terrific, and the food was delicious - the Milk Chocolate Crémeux dessert was heavenly! We enjoyed the Bubbly flight, and the Almond Sparkling paired perfectly with the dessert.

Great food but the service dissipated as the dinner went. We ended up waiting a long time to order another round of drinks, for the drinks to come, and to get our check.

I started my night with a wine tasting with Margot since Pam was not available that night. Margot made great conversation with us and had suggestions that were very tasty. The manager, T, greeted us and welcomed us back in. The host that sat us was also had a warm welcome and welcomed us back in as well. Our dinner tasted delicious as usual and we can’t wait for our next dining experience. The Wheeling location always has impeccable service and makes the regulars want to continue dining at their location.
