We were seated about 20 minutes after our reservation time. Then we sat at our table another 10 to 15 minutes before we saw our server. We asked for water and he seemed a ruffle and didn’t like that idea that we wanted water and we placed our drink orders. He said he would come back in a minute to take our food order. It was more like 15 minutes. He came back to take our food order and brought the drinks. There were six people at the table. The food came out for the first three people and the rest of us had to wait for our food. After about 10 minutes the fourth person got their food five minutes after that the fifth person got their food 10 minutes later the last person at the table got their food finally. By this time, the first three people that had ordered their food we’re finished with their meal. The server never came back and asked how our food was nor did he refill the water glasses nor did he ask if anybody wanted a second drink. When we were all finished with our meal, he never asked if we wanted any dessert he brought our checks. After about 10 minutes then he took the payment and came back to the table. It was horrible. Everything seemed to move in slow motion. I will never be going back to this restaurant. The service was just that bad. The food was good, but the fact that the service was so poor, I will never be returning

Our waitress was phenomena. Justina (or something like that) was amazing. She knew it was my brothers birthday and gave him his CELEBRATE plate of things. She had long hair, and my sister in law and brother couldn’t stop raving about how quiet it was.

We’ve been here many times but unfortunately this time was a flop. The food was decent as per usual but the service was really bad. I knew it was super busy but our server kept walking away while we were still trying to order something or ask a question, which was really strange. There were four of us, and I didn’t get my glass of wine until halfway through dinner (after we’d also had appetizers). Then 2 of us ordered a second drink with dessert and we had already had dessert and talked for a while but the drinks never came. We just canceled them. I feel bad because I know it was busy, but they’re busy every Saturday, and we were celebrating a birthday, so this was especially disappointing. I’ve known this place to be better.

Top of line service, the waitress was excellent, she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The only thing is that my salmon was overcooked twice, salad and everything else was delicious. Will come back but I always order salmon but it needs to be cooked properly. Thank you

Cooper’s hawk in Wheeling is our favorite lunch spot! the food is always consistently great! we always sit in the bar so we can be helped by our favorite server Neshia! She remembers our drinks, always makes sure we are ok, and always has a smile on her face! Love love her and CH, can’t wait to go back. the napa chicken salad and brussel sprouts apps are to die for

Our server Michael was fantastic!!!! He seemed very genuine , friendly and upbeat !!! Dinner was amazing as always and the holiday sangria was delicious!!! I bought 3 bottles of wine on the way out .

CH is always our place for birthday celebrations! The food, wine, service and ambiance are great! It is not inexpensive if you select one of their finer entree’s, but you can order burgers, soup and small plates and enjoy the experience economically. We will be back for our next celebration!

Great experience! Although we had to wait 30min past reservation, the manager apologized and made it a point to take great care of us. Server was fantastic! Try the Brussel Sprouts!
