This was my second dining experience at Cooper’s Hawk Wesley Chapel, and it was also my wife’s birthday. The food was excellent. We started with the sausage bruschetta and I had a glass of Malbec that was perfect. Not too dry, very flavorful, but not too bold. My wife enjoyed the surf and turf, and I had the prime churrasco grilled steak. Our server was outstanding as well. She was attentive without being intrusive, our drinks were refilled without us having to ask, and she was just an overall delight. For dessert we tried our hand at the Reese’s Ice Cream Cookie, but were both too stuffed to finish it! My wife and I had great conversation, great food, and great service. We’re considering joining the wine club after our baby is born! Needless to say, we will be back. ;-)

Obviously it's a wine establishment. And if you can't find something you like, I don't know what to say. They have a huge selection of wines and we have tried, and liked, so many of them. The food is incredible. The selections are over and above any other place and the sides are second to none, so different. We have yet to have an issue with service or the food, it is truly a unique place for our area. Highly recommend. And join the wine club, so many perks!!

Food was outstanding but service for our table of 8 was definitely marginal and we were crowded with adjacent tables including a screaming baby... Would go again but request a booth or more isolated table.

Michael was our server! He did an excellent job serving us! He was informative and very knowledgeable about Cooper’s Hawk food & wine menu. He was personable and professional. He is an asset to Cooper’s Hawk.

Everything was great, only challenge was it was freezing at our table so bring a hoodie. The waiter temporarily turned off the blower over our table and it worked. Only other thing is I wish they cleared the empty plates a bit more often, we ordered a lot of appetizers and bread. We had a party of 8 and everyone left happy and full. Great for a large crowd.

It was like dining in the middle of a busy airport on Thanksgiving weekend. Very crowded and loud and not enough room for the waitstaff to actually serve at our table for two. Food was good.
