Server explained there a lot of online orders and the main course took a really long time. The server was good and kept the drinks refilled. The food is expensive and we don’t mind it, but the meal should be excellent, my wife steak was raw, so after waiting extra long for our meals she got a bloody steak. It was unacceptable. She kindly attempted to eat to avoid ruining evening but it was impossible.

Service was very good. Bourbon selection was not great but I get it’s a wine place so that’s ok. Don’t order the fries as a side. Service was great overall. Seating was average. Tables were too close for comfort.. I’d prefer not sitting within two feet of another couple I don’t know. Get reservations and then call and ask for a booth and you’ll have a better experience. Having said that the main course was great (filet and lobster). Veggie sides were stellar as well. Just the little things mentioned above made it not fantastic.

The food was very good but the service could have been better. We sat in the corner next to people we did not know. It was somewhat cold but warmed up during the night. We wish we could have sat at a table in the next room.

This is my third time at this restaurant, twice now they got my order wrong. Last visit I ordered the blue cheese burger, instead I got a cheeseburger which was good, so I did not inform my server of the mistake. My wife the Valentines special surf n turf, which was ok, but nothing crys out to order it again, our server was great, on it for everything, I did not care for the shredded potatoes & he was quick & brought me mashed potatoes which were very good. Overall our server made the experience, he was great.
