We were celebrating two birthdays. The server was amazing. The food we ordered was delicious. The ambiance was perfect where we could speak to one another with no issues. I love coming here

My husband and I are wine club members so we are there quite frequently. We normally have a really good experience with our servers. However, our experience on 7/28 was less than favorable. We invited my brother and his girlfriend, who have never dined at Cooper's Hawk before. They enjoyed the wine tasting with Tonya which was really great! At the table, the young lady was not very attentive and rarely checked on us. My husband's food was not prepared as he requested twice and she just brought it out really nonchalantly. Finally the manager brought it back, asked him to try it and then he took it off the bill She came back and still failed to ask how his food was or was he satisfied. As I stated, normally everything is fine but the service was not a very good first impression for potential wine club members.

Love this place! Chicken Picata is amazing. Try the brussel sprouts and meatballs for apps. Mahi Mahi sandwich is also really good!

Wine club members here…sad to say not as good as when they first opened. Love so many things about this restaurant/wine bar combo. Maybe this was just an off night for our server, maybe he had one too many tables, maybe they’re still short handed because no one wants to work since Covid? That’s still the reason we receive at every restaurant when things are not as they seem. The wine tasting side was hoping as usual!! Great to see! The checkout/taste of the month/shop had such a long line with only one checkout person and she was overwhelmed. Glad to say everyone was gracious! Once seated it took 10 min for our server to arrive. Since he saw I had a tasting glass he asked everyone else’s order and skipped me. That’s ok! He did apologize later. Never bought their pretzel bread. No worries! Our bottle arrived and someone at the table asked for a glass of ice which never came. Guess he forgot? We asked for water refills…another wait? Maybe CH should train staff to back each other up and go around and refill during down time? Just a thought. We did ask due to food allergies if they could omit certain items from some dishes…every answer was no. It’s all premade and hard to omit ingredients. Two of us changed our choices. Our one diner absolutely loved their featured shrimp dish and the other one the risotto. And the wine so delicious we got a second bottle of Pinot Gris! We’ll venture back in a couple of months to dine in again. Maybe we’ll have better luck. A good night with good friends though and that is a blessing!

We dine here often and usually have excellent service. Servie today was poor. It appears they are limited in servers. additionally, our server appeared to be very forgetful and not organized . The food, however, was delicious and our party enjoyed the various dishes ordered.
