My friend wanted to celebrate her birthday here - it was a lovely place for a meal and to also taste some wine before dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful, though it was a bit hectic at the tasting table. Our waiter was outstanding and ensured we had enough water and bread throughout our meal. The food was delicious and well presented. We will certainly be back!

I always have great servers. Ning was knowledgeable of the menu. There is always something someone in my party wants that the restaurant is out of. Wine o'clock options are disappointing. Members come at least once a month or more and the food options are getting old

Overall it was a good experience but the wait and food was a bit of a let down. We had reservations and it was absolute chaos ad the front desk which lead to us having to wait till about 10 minutes after our reservation time. The noise level was about like what you experience at a place like Cheesecake Factory, so it wasn’t too bad. The appetizer we wanted was all sold out at 530, which was surprising so we chose their special appetizer and were underwhelmed to say the least. We ordered steaks and one was undercooked and the other was overcooked. For the cost for the food here it was a massive let down. The service was good, however.

Restaurant was incredibly busy, which means our waiter was stretched thin and tired. So it took a little longer to order anything. Food, wine, and drinks were all good. We were there for a complimentary bottle of wine, which was nice, and also likely the reason they were so busy.

Not happy at all with our server. No care or consideration and she brought our meal an hour later after ordering , to to if off the food was cold

Good time for Girls night out. Lot's of people, and we were unable to take advantage of the tasting bar. They really should expand that or limit on busy days. We were seated in back close to the waiters station, didn't like that, it was loud and lots of walking around us. I would prefer main dining room or booths. The food was good, and the wine was nice. So many people they had to wait for a decanter to be cleaned, that was a little off putting. We had fish, salads and burger, all cooked well.

Everything was amazing! Cooper Hawk never disappoints! We had a nice 3 course meal! I ate everything on my plate which never happens! I also got my complementary bottle of wine for the table. It was just a great time Thank you!

While the food and service is always good, this visit it was uncomfortable hot. Everyone at the table was physically sweating and we were sitting inside.
