Our server Chancey was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, good vibes, upbeat, wanting to work with you during tastings and menu items. Overall 10/10 from him. Would recommend this restaurant just to see him.

Did the wine tasting before our dinner reservation. Our sommelier was not good at all, so disappointing. He was handling too many guests at once and trying to rush because there was such a crowd waiting. He only gave one description out of the 8 we tasted. Would love to go back but definitely will ask for a different sommelier. Wanted a flatbread but their flatbread oven was broke. Our female Server in the bar area was awesome!!! very attentive even though it was packed. Made sure to fill our waters and drinks. Food and specials were delicious!!

I love Cooper Hawk, however I must say, the last time couple of times I have came, a few items are always unavailable. Tonight, all the flat breads were out which is what I wanted to order. I ordered the egg rolls , and they were overcooked and dried out and then the salmon came out so fast but that was also dry and overcooked. There was no knives to cut the bread given out. It was a weird experience tonight. I just hope the quality of the food and overall experience do not turn into a Cheesecake Factory vibe with subpar food. I stop going there years ago. I love my membership and wine selection. However please don’t diminish the food quality

It was an excellent meal (I had Gnocchi). Our server (Saleema) was superb, attentive, responsive, in spite of a busy area being served. This was our third visit and quantity and quality was still as good as the first experience.

The brunch menu items need a bit of work, to be honest (Breakfast hash and Breakfast gnocchi). The flavors just didn’t come together for me. However, the donuts appetizer is amazing, and the accompanying cream is incredibly tasty. I had a Raspberry Bellini which I highly recommend, and my fiancé had the Boozy Iced Coffee, which was equally good. We love Cooper’s hawk regardless and will return

This was my first visit, and I joined the wine club after a friend recommended it, mentioning I’d enjoy the atmosphere, wine, and food. They were absolutely right!

Met a friend to do wine tasting since I’m a member. We decided to do brunch first and it was such a great idea! Service was wonderful and the wine tasting after was perfect!
