The dinner was excellent however the dessert was disappointing. They ran out of vanilla bean ice cream which stopped several desserts. How hard would it have been for someone to run to the store to get some ice cream.

Highly Recommend! Its hard to beat white wines from the mid-west and CH holds its own with the best of the region. Their reds are very good too, but if you're expecting something similar to red from CA, you'll be let down. The food is excellent. We had the Filet Medallions, and the Shrimp & Scallop Risotto with the Drunken Shrimp as an appetizer. All were fantastic and very reasonably priced. We will definitely return!

Great menu with something for everyone. Lots of vegetarian choices along with seafood, salads and eclectic entrees. Personally get the goat cheese flatbread every time we’re there. They also have a nice covered patio where it’s pleasant to sit. Will definitely be back,

For our party, all 5 women got our dinners about 15-20 mins before the 5 men. Manager said there was a mixup in the kitchen and didn’t do anything for us. I was done with my dinner before my husband even got his dinner. This is not acceptable specially for a higher end restaurant like Coopers Hawk.

Brittany did a wonderful job at the wine sampling. We had Marie and somebody she was training. They did fine, but we were looking for them a couple of times during our meal. Loved the pretzel bread and parmesan medallions!

Their Thai lettuce wraps for an appetizer were amazing. My salad was bbq chicken southwest salad was fantastic also!! I definitely like all aspects of dining there.

Coopers Hawk is an incredibly consistent experience whether you are going to the restaurant in Troy, Michigan or Scottsdale, Arizona. Great food, great wine and best in class service! (And don’t forget to order the brussels sprouts…..the best I’ve had anywhere!)
