The visit is a great improvement from previous visit. The greeting staff was friendly and attentive. Our wait staff Sam was excellent. She frequently checked on our table, giving recommendations and improving on a drink that wasn't quite right with no hesitation or undertones. I highly recommend the Deviled Egg and Lobster appetizer.

It was our first visit and we were looking forward to a great evening celebrating 2 birthdays Service was not up to standard and we waited over 1 hour for our entrees. Food was fortunately good. When entrees arrived were incomplete and we wait longer for side dishes. No plan to return

While our waiter was nice he was very slow and would disappear for long periods of time. Never brought bread.

the early diner was good, but they sent out the wrong dish and it had to be sent back. the manager did come over and apologized for the mistake and seem to really care. This type of customer service makes the experience from ordinary to exceptional.

I’ve been to Cooper’s Hawk numerous times however, it was my friend’s first time there. He enjoyed the experience as well as I. I will definitely be back & I plan to bring more people along. Thank you.

There were 3 of us and we each chose a different entree. Everything was delicious, the service was just the right amount of attention. It a a very nice atmosphere and we enjoyed our meal and experience.

If you book for a group, they won’t sit you until everybody in the party is present, there is a 15 minute grace period or you will lose your reservation. The parking lot is packed and it takes forever to park, but the valet is complimentary. They do not post about these things anywhere. Also, it is very noisy during Friday dinner.
