While our waiter was nice he was very slow and would disappear for long periods of time. Never brought bread.

the early diner was good, but they sent out the wrong dish and it had to be sent back. the manager did come over and apologized for the mistake and seem to really care. This type of customer service makes the experience from ordinary to exceptional.

I’ve been to Cooper’s Hawk numerous times however, it was my friend’s first time there. He enjoyed the experience as well as I. I will definitely be back & I plan to bring more people along. Thank you.

If you book for a group, they won’t sit you until everybody in the party is present, there is a 15 minute grace period or you will lose your reservation. The parking lot is packed and it takes forever to park, but the valet is complimentary. They do not post about these things anywhere. Also, it is very noisy during Friday dinner.

It was extremely busy last night. So first I was told that I needed to wait until my entire party arrived to be seated, not sure if that is true. Once I was informed that a few guests were no longer attending, I was seated. We were seated in the back room at an extremely wobbly table. After my guests and the waitress tried for several minutes to stabilize the table, we asked to be moved. The service was slower than I’ve ever seen it to include my visit on Mother’s day. Our waitress seemed to be the only one serving our section and it had large tables. The food and drinks were delicious per usual.

This was our second time trying Coopers Hawk and it’s was just ok. The food was good nothing spectacular and our server was nice and attentive but everything came out so fast we ate and left within an hour. This happened last time as well and it just seemed like we were at a cheap chain where they wanted us in and out. With so many choice in the Big Beaver corridor it’s easy to find somewhere else that will make us feel more welcome.

Our service and food was great! The only minor disappointment is upon checking in we found out that someone else had called and changed our reservation time. Thankfully the restaurant was not super busy yet so we were still able to be promptly seated. In the future, I may recommend that you verify full names and phone numbers when taking reservation changes over the phone.
