The experience was very nice. We had a large party and the waitress was very attentive even though she had additional tables.

My experience wasn’t the best with my waiter especially for my birthday. Didn’t sing as requested or offer anything I’ll never eat here again 🤞🏾👎🏾

Food and wine were good, as always. Server was just okay. It’s the little things like she expected us to keep are used utensils from the appetizer instead of just bringing us fresh silverware for dinner. We’ve had awesome servers there before who really set the bar on service, so this was below what we usually experience.

We love Cooper’s Hawk! The vibe is cool, the menu is super fun with a fantastic variety, the food is exceptional, our server Ryan was the best, and we absolutely love the wine selection! I’m into Sweet wines which is hard to find other restaurants, but they have a delicious variety of sweet wines to choose from! We never leave there without taking home a few bottles of our favorites! I highly recommend for any occasion!

Became a wine club member during COVID and enjoyed eating here regularly as they opened up afterwards. Over the years since, there have been visits where we wondered why we keep coming back. The service and wait times can be so hit or miss. (Bar tenders are good- no issues). Decided to cancel my membership. We decided to give it a try last night and as usual, the food was exceptional. However, the waiter was inattentive. Speaking to a coworker mid- sentence while taking our order, checked back just once, no water refill, asked and never got dessert menu. We left unimpressed with service again. There are some excellent wait staff there. And the workers in the wine room have been super attentive as well.

Excellence from beginning to end! Food was absolutely delicious, the short ribs with mashed potatoes & veggies was perfect,very tender, my husband had a the best juicy filet mignon steak, chicken pot stickers, key lime pie, sangria flight & wine was all A1, 10 stars for us! Service was impeccable! My new favorite restaurant!

Ginger soy Salmon is the best salmon preparation. The Wasabi mashed potatoes have a hint of Wasabi and are delicious. The pretzel pork chops are phenomenal and a must try. Food and service doesn't get any better than Coopers Hawk.
