Overall experience was okay it was extremely loud in the restaurant where we were seated. Idk I have been in there before on extremely busy days which is almost always and yesterday was like woah it’s loud. Service was slow like took about 30 minutes after we order our bar drinks to get that about 40 mins for soup and salad and my steak was over cooked. But I just ate because service was slow didn’t want to send it back and it takes awhile longer to actually eat. Overall experience 7/10 normally it’s like 100/10 but it was flat yesterday for sure

We had a great time. Although there needs to be some kind of structure/time on wine tasting because people are just standing around to wait for a spot to open up.

On our inaugural visit to this restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional dining experience. The cuisine was well-seasoned and the beverages were delectable. Our waiter, Patrick, was exceptional in his service, adeptly managing multiple tables with ease. He provided insightful recommendations for drinks, including the unique yet delightful PB&J. Patrick’s attentiveness to our needs ensured a memorable dining experience. Despite the lively atmosphere, which we believe was attributable to the busy Saturday evening, we were promptly seated. This could be attributed to having a reservation. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would highly recommend making a reservation for weekend visits. We anticipate returning for another delightful experience.

This time my experience was terrible!! The waitress Tina wasn’t attentive to my friend at all, was completely rude. The rest of the staff and the managers were nice and helpful. I always enjoy the jambalaya and key lime pie. My friend ordered a steak it was paper thin, asparagus was just nasty. The wine is good but u basically have to be drunk to enjoy the food. I won’t be returning.

The night began with a tasting with Bianca. When I tell you Bianca is the best, I’m not exaggerating! We’ve been coming for a year and honestly I haven’t had anyone that matches Bianca! Thank you Bianca for another amazing experience! I highly recommend you visit when Bianca is at the tasting bar!

Another fabulous evening out at Cooper’s Hawk. Kinga was fabulous in taking care of my group for our wine tasting. She kept things moving during a very busy time so we could make our dinner reservation, and she pushed us out of our comfort zones so that we could discover new favorites. She was FABULOUS! A special thanks to Helen for stopping by to share her expert wine knowledge as well. A big thanks to Kevin for enhancing our experience and helping us celebrate two new Wine Club members (Thanks to Kinga!) And much gratitude to the lovely Monique for the outstanding table service. I have a very short list of favorite servers and I’m excited to now include you as well. Keep up the great work everyone!

The food was delicious! Patrick was our server and he was excellent! He explained the menu, answered our questions, and checked in with us frequently to see if we were good and/or needed anything. A perfect date night.
