Maddy and Michael were absolutely phenomenal and they made our stay very enjoyable. One of the managers came over and shared which red and white wine or his favorites and provided some samples that we absolutely loved. We were having so much fun that the people in the booth next to us chimed in and we had a lot of laughs

I had requested Jacob as our server but he was doing a private event tonight. We had another gentleman whose name I don’t remember… He was nice but our service was not good. It took at least 15 -20 minutes for him to get to our table and take our drink order and the rest of the time the service continued to be very slow. He didn’t really check on our table… just stopped by to refill our water and smiled. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt that he may be new but definitely not up to the Coopers Hawk standards that I’m used to with Jacob.

Food is always great and that’s sometimes hard to do with such a diverse menu. I personally go the gluten-free route, so ahi tuna sashimi and drunken shrimp are two of my favorites. Our waiter tonight was a bit shy and hard to hear, and he seemed to work at a snail pace. That’s my only real complaint. Waitstaff should energy in a place like this.

It was clearly busy, but our waitress, while busting her butt to help out others and manage all of her tables, never let us down. She was extremely prompt and, although it was quite busy, never made us feel rushed. Our food was the best we’ve had here yet, and we both came away with new favorites. The manager even stopped by at the end of our meal to see how our visit was. We have been Wine Club members for years, and I think this was our best experience dining in. We had a wonderful night, and were celebrating both my and my husband’s birthdays. It was a little noisy because it looked like there were several large groups, but we didn’t mind. It wasn’t so loud that we couldn’t hear each other or that it hurt our ears, like we’ve experienced at some other places.
