Super loud and crowded in front…. Loud in the main restaurant. I specifically asked for a table in my OpenTable reservation request but that was not honored or never seen. Our server, Logan, was great! Cheerful and attentive. Wine was okay. We had Caesar salads and one house salad to start- fresh and tasty. For dinner, we chose the gnocchi, tuna, crusted steak medallions and the grouper. Mashed potatoes were flavorful but not hot. I can only attest to the fish dinners- grouper was much better than the tuna. Chocolate cake for dessert and the cake part was dry. All in all, not intending to hurry back.

This was not the best experience I have had at Cooper’s Hawk. Something was definitely off from the time we were seated until it was time to leave. The waiter Henry didn’t seem as if he wanted to be there. He was not friendly at all. He was very slow with the service he provided to our table. There was a delay with everything that was brought to our table. It was only 4 people at our table and we were treated as if we had 20 or more people to serve.

Kelli, our waitrous was fantastic as usual. However, there was a problem when we went to pick up our wine. At the bar cash register, 2 ladies in front of us proceeded to do a wine tasting AT THE REGISTER, preventing anyone from picking up or purchasing wine. They were on their 3rd glass and after 10 minutes in line, another associate shouted over the counter if we had been helped. The 2 ladies were still doing a tasting and the line at the register was now 10 people deep. The associate behind the register SHOULD have known better and moved them to the bar area for their wine tasting.

We had a great experience at Cooper's Hawk this evening. Our server, Tom, was really attentive and accommodating to us. This was my mom's first visit and I'm sure she got a great impression.

Everything as great except the noise level is much higher than most restaurants. Granted it was very busy but you had to speak really loud for the person standing or sitting next to you to hear you.

Our server Tom was good. A different waitress brought our food she was a short Asian girl. I ordered a pasta dish and asked her for Parmesan cheese. She first ignored me then when I mentioned it again she was annoyed. When she brought it to the table I thanked her and she basically threw it at our table. She clearly did not want to be working. I was happy she wasn’t our server as she needed a change in attitude. Otherwise everything else was good.

Terrible table service, food was luke warm at best, server would forget everything including utensils, had to get up and take some from another table, completely fumble the birthday surprise and celebration , tried charging us for a WOM when we didn’t order it, manager offered apology but never took anything off the $500 bill. So utterly disappointed would have taken the birthday somewhere with better service and hot food!
