The food was decent, and the wine was fine. Most of our sides were warm, however my fiancé’s steak was severely undercooked- not a big deal however at our dinner table we ordered two bottles of wine to take home and were charged $27.99 and $28.99 for two bottle; just to find them each $10 cheaper in the wine tasting room as we left. We spent almost $300 on our meals and our to go wine. I can understand a bottle fee if you’re drinking at the table, but being charged an extra $10 per bottle just for buying them while seated in the dining room as opposed to buying them while walking out is ridiculous and has put a very sour taste in our mouths. We came here to celebrate our engagement that occurred only hours prior and couldn’t help but feel cheated as we walked out after seeing the wine prices in the tasting room. We would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone as we hope this doesn’t happen to someone else trying to celebrate a milestone like we were. I hope our experience can dissuade anyone else from having a similar evening. I wish we would’ve gone to one of the neighboring restaurants nearby because at least there we know what we are paying for. We won’t be eating here again.

Although the manager was very helpful, the experience was terrible especially with this being for a birthday. As a frequent customer and club member, the experience is usually great. I do understand that mistakes happen, but when a customer voices concerns in a respectful manner I should not feel singled out. My reservation was booked a week in advance, I was seated 45 minutes after. I asked my waitress if they were having a rough night because I wasn’t used to a poor experience with them and she did not respond, she walked away from the table and never came back. Instead she walked over to her coworkers and began to gossip as they all turned to look at my table as she was gossiping about me. As a restaurant owner the proper thing to ask would have been “how can I make this experience better?” Not rudely walk away without offering water and begin to gossip. The experience is definitely changing. As stated Jordan is an amazing server and Jonathan and Maddie are amazing at the tasting stations. The small tasting station near the door was apparently closing as I arrived, staff was not friendly about it, however when guest that I’m assuming she knew entered, she was extremely friendly and allowed them to do a tasting. This was an hour after I arrived in which I took a picture of. It’s frustrating to feel that if you do speak up you are viewed as an issue at this location, and if you do not speak up, you are overlooked. I hope this location trains staff to return to the customer service you used to provide.

The quality of the food has gone down in the recent years. Service was good but nothing to brag about. The place was extremely busy with party events and it was so loud you could hardly hear each other talk at your own table. We are long time wine members so we will be back for that but probably not for dinner. The value is just not worth the cost.

Wine tasting was fun and exciting with Jonathan as our wine server; Tom was our food server tonight, and, as always, he did a great job. He always remembers us and knows what we like to start with - he is personable and very efficient and we love it when he is working because he is the best server. We love CH!!

Overall great experience. Wine tasting room was very loud while waiting to be seated for our reservation. Two out of our three plates came out warm as though they were sitting under a heat lamp for some time. Service was great though and made up for it. Will visit again.

Nice experience at Coopers Hawk. I ordered the short rib grilled cheese and lobster bisque. The lobster bisque was yummy and very hearty. I prefer a smoother lobster bisque and less lumpy, but you can tell it was a quality hearty soup. The grilled cheese was overly cheesy for me. I rather a good amount of short rib and less cheese so that I can taste the flavor. Their drinks are amazing, every time I get their sparkling wine or one of their house wines and it never disappoints. It’s a very nice social atmosphere with friends or family. They have an area for wine tasting. The service was great, our server was really accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. I like the fact that they have complementary valet, because getting a parking spot is impossible. All in all, Coopers Hawk is definitely an experience that anyone would enjoy.

The noise level when you came into restaurant was maximum volume. We couldn’t have a conversation with each other while we waited to be seated. Thankfully once we were seated we could converse. It was very busy and we waited longer than usual for our entree but the food was hot and delicious.

Never had a bad experience at Cooper's Hawk. Food is always superb and the service impeccable. Restaurant was buzzing this time and seemed noisier than normal, maybe just extra busy due to the holidays. Came in with a reservation, but still waited about 10 mins for the table. Lobby area was very loud with the wine tasting area filled to max capacity.
