We waited almost st an hour from when we weee seared until our food was delivered z then the food wasn’t hot. I have been a wine member for 2 years and I am very disappointedz!!

My husband and I had a great time last night. The management team was amazing Chelsey & Jessica deserves a paid day off!!!! Thanks guys. Our waitress Beka (I pray that’s her name) was great and everything was prompt!!! Thank you. The bartender your drinks were amazing I hope you’re there when we come back. Thank for the beautiful evening.

This was the fourth time I have been to this restaurant. The food and service have been awesome each time! The menu has tons of choices along with many gluten free items as well. I can’t wait to go back!

Service was a it slower than we have experienced in other visits. We ordered dessert and expresses that we needed to go shortly and wanted the bill. It took way too long to get dessert and it wasn’t something that you can take to go. We ate a couple of really quick bites and left. Not an ideal situation, especially since it was a birthday lunch.

Six in our group celebrating a birthday on a Thursday evening. With reservations for 6:30 pm. Unfortunately we were still standing waiting to be seated 55 minutes later, even after several times going to the check-in desk to ask about delay and when we could get seated. Finally we were seated and asked to speak to manager, not sure if request was passed on but manager never came. From this point on our experience was great. Our server was exceptional checking on our needs and answered all questions friendly and professionally. Our meals were as described on the menu and all 6 were well satisfied. At this time we asked our great server if we could talk to manager , we felt they needed to know about the unacceptable delay for seating. The manager was understanding and agreed in our displeasure and took great strides to “make it right” to encourage us to give them another try. As we enjoyed the experience once seating and food was great, we will give it another try!
