We had a 715 reservation- we had approached the hostess at 730 to verify we were indeed checked in- she was rude and offered no explanation as to why we had t been sat. 745 we approached the hostess - again rude with no explanation. 808 we finally we sat with zero explanation for being almost an hour past our reservation. No beverages or apps were offered to the jam packed waiting area of very angry people. No explanations were being given on the reasoning of being over an hour behind. Poor management

This is our fourth visit and again it was a great experience. The meal and the service were great!

The kitchen was extremely slow, it took forever to get our dinner. The service was great.

Only issue was with the steak. We ordered the filet medium. The steak had zero seasoning. It was perhaps one of the most bland tasting pieces of meat we have ever had. It wasn’t an overly expensive steak at $45, but we would have expected more flavor from the meat.

We loved the food and wine. Service was wonderful. We chose outside dining which is not the best for ambiance. I guess I was expecting more but that was my fault. Other than that we loved it. I will definately go again but eat inside instead. I’ve been here a few times and the food has been AMAZING each time.

Very loud booth next to us in bar area. Cooper Hawk female employee leaning over my seat back and loud laughing and cackling with her friends seated in adjacent booth. Very annoying. Ruined my meal. No manners. No consideration. Wine purchase counter swarmed with customers. No counter server in sight. Walked out with no wine purchase.

The hostess was less than welcoming. I made an afternoon reservation. She said they would text me when a table was ready. Really? I'm standing like five feet away. Five minutes later the same girl called my name like she had never seen me before. Dining area was less than half full. Hostess led us to a table in the middle of the dining room while there were several booths outside the main flow of traffic. I asked for a booth and the gal appeared put off, but accommodated. The waitress was kind. Silverware was soiled so I asked for replacements. Overall, a less than stellar first impression. Nice wine samples. Food was mediocre. $125 meal (lunch) for two with a beverage. Frankly, the experience was less than satisfying. Great potential but much work to be done by management and staff. We do not plan to return anytime soon.
