This was our first visit to Cooper's Hawk Winery and we loved it! Good food, good service (Anna I think?), and some special treats because it was our anniversary!

Food was very good service was a little slow. The Brussel sprouts are very good. As are the truffles for dessert.

What a great spot. Halle was our waitress and she is a delight. We made a reservation in the bar. Food was delicious. Wine was wonderful. They were out of Sweet Vermouth which was unusual but we adjusted our drink choices. It’s a staple for dinner.

My friend and visited this restaurant yesterday for the first time. The food was really good. How ever when my drink came out my glass was soaking wet. I ordered a lemon drop. We did ask the waiter why she would bring a wet glass and she said it was because when the bartender made the drink he sat it on something dirty, which made the glass sticky so she washed the glass off with my drink in it? I found that disturbing and I was too uncomfortable to enjoy the drink and the rest of my food. But other than that I would like to visit the Town and Country location moving forward.

We got there about 4:10 to do something tastings before our 5:00 reservation. We were able to immediately find space at the bar in the tasting room. However, it was at least 5-7 minutes before we were acknowledged and then another 7-8 minutes before we were offered our first tasting. Needless to say, we didn’t have enough time to complete our tastings before we had to go to the dining room for our reservation. Once seated, it was at least 5-10 minutes before anyone came to the table to take any drink or food orders. My wife and I ordered a Caesar salad to split. It has always been split when it arrived to the table. However this time, they brought out the salad that looked haphazardly thrown on a plate and then brought a separate plate to divide it ourselves. Our party had four people in it. When the dinners were delivered, only three came out which were brought by others besides our server. The shrimp scampi that my wife ordered was nowhere to be found and it was about 10 minutes before our server came over and realized it didn’t arrive. She then came back and said they don’t know what happened to her order. It was eventually brought out about 10 minutes later, after the rest of us were pretty much finished, and hers was barely lukewarm. Those are just a few examples of the disappointments that we experienced during our visit. Not sure what’s going on there but the last few times it’s not been up to par and we’ve been members for 9 years.

We had a 4pm reservation and arrived at 3:50. There were a lot of people waiting to be seated and the hostess told us they were waiting for more servers to arrive. We were finally seated at 4:20 … 20 minutes after our reservation time. We were not pleased because it was very noisy in the waiting area. Once we were seated, our server provided exceptional service and the food was cooked to perfection.

We are members so we first started off at the tasting area when you first walk in. Surprisingly, on a Friday at around 6:40pm, we were able to find a spot rather quickly. We were greeted by a server quickly. About halfway through our service, our server said they would be right back. My wife and I finished our wine that was poured and we were waiting for our server to come back. About 15 minutes later, the server returned, however; at this point, there was no way we could continue our service because we had dinner reservations. We told the server what bottles from our membership we wanted to go home with. To our surprise, or rather not at this point, the bottles were rang up incorrectly into the system, causing us to lose 1 of the bottles that we were going to use at the table. Now at dinner service, we were seated and about 15-20 minutes go by before our server finally brings us water and greets themself. At this point, we can already tell that the evening isn’t going to go correctly. The server asks if we would like to start with any appetizers and wine and I said that we would like use one of our bottles from our membership and an appetizer. Low and behold, we got our appetizer about 15 minutes later which is fine, but still no wine. The server is the one that pours the wine at the table so all they had to get was 2 glasses and the unopened bottle of wine. About 10 minutes after the appetizer came out, the server brought us our wine and our meals. We barely had even had a chance to eat our appetizer and had just had the wine opened. Overall, last nights service felt rushed at dinner and felt like we weren’t cared about at the wine tasting. We are wine club members as well. This is the second time in 2 months that we have had problems. I would love to hear from someone regarding this.
