We had a reservation for 5 on a Friday night at 4:30 to celebrate a birthday as noted in the reservation. There were 3 hostesses at the front desk and one surveyed the dining room to select our table. Once seated we watched a few other tables trickle in with servers greeting their customers while we sat with no one ever approaching our table. After 10-15 minutes of being invisible we stopped a passing server to ask if anyone had our table. She kindly said she would look into it. Ultimately a server with several other tables nearby apologized for our wait and explained that the server for our section had not arrived yet. How do 3 hostesses not know that they’re seating you at a table in a section without a server on the clock yet??? Unfortunately the night didn’t end on a high note. This is minor but we noted we were celebrating a birthday on the reservation. There was also a placard on the table detailing our reservation with birthday noted. The waiter acknowledged we were celebrating a birthday and at the end of the day we didn’t receive the standard birthday treat. The birthday boy did not miss it, but it’s just the point. Overall disappointing experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our New Year’s dinner. We were seated before our reservation time. Our server went over the menu and wines and advised what wines we’d like best based our tastes. The food was reasonably priced (and delicious) as was the wine. We would talk and actually hear each other at the table. Overall, 5 stars. Loved it.

We had the New Years evening specials - surf and turf and butternut squash ravioli with lobster and shrimp-- both were amazing!! Great meal to end the year. Cooper's Hawk never disappoints!

The food was great, Ande our waiter gave us great service suggested a wine for me and I ended up buying a bottle and joining the wine club. I had the surf and turf and my husband had the chicken medrema. The margaritas tasted great. We ate at the St. Peters location in Missouri. We highly recommend it and make reservations.
