Great night at Coopers. Wine tasting with Beverly was wonderful because she explained each wine for us. Dinner was outstanding as usual.

You need to have the fabulous short rib grilled cheese ALL day. Had the butternut squash/lobster ravioli. It was amazing of course. Tried the mulled wine. The flavors were good, however, maybe it needs to be served in a different type of drinkware. It cooled down too quickly.

The waitress we had issues after being sat at the table she never asked what we would like to drink after she gave us a taste of the current wine. When we ordered dinner she got my granddaughters order wrong. We ordered from the light menu and she gave her the higher price version. Since she never asked what we wanted to drink we flagged her down halfway through our meal and asked for a bottle of wine. By the time she came back with it we were done eating so we told her to cancel it . I’ve never had such an unhappy experience at Coopers Hawk. It was for my birthday and it was not a pleasant one. Food is excellent, amazing amount of variety among both appetizers and entrees. Waitress was kind and very competent. Great experience! I will be back.

The wine tasting was delicious and started our wonderful Friday evening experience at CH! We had the goat cheese flatbread for an appetizer, surf and turf for dinner which was delicious, and the decadent crème brûlée for dessert! Everything was amazing! Thank you!
