I have been a wine member for a while, but I have noticed that some of the portions have gotten smaller. One of my guests who gets a certain pasta dish that was supposed to have sausage in it, didn't have a single piece. A lot of mushrooms and some chicken. Was disappointed in his meal.

I think this place was short staffed tonight. Service was ok but clearly a lot of new people who need a lot of training. Wasn’t as smooth as usual.

I was afraid that we would be rushed in and out with a 5:15pm reservation, but I was wrong. We were able to enjoy drinks, appetizers and dinner without feeling rushed at all. Always great food and service!

Kiley was a great server and was trying to keep up the best she could with the costumers; however, it took 1.5 hours for our food to arrive to our table (we had an appetizer and were already on our 2nd bottle of wine when I went to speak to a manager). A nearby table of 10 people were seated after us and were finished before we even received our food, unfortunately. The manager gave us the 2nd bottle of wine and one dessert as complimentary after I complained, but my Dana's Parmesan-Encrusted Chicken was half overcooked/burned and I had to eat it. I couldn't send it back because we were already late for our concert. We missed the opening act at 7pm despite our 4:30pm early reservation. I will think twice before making a reservation prior to a show at Cooper's Hawk again.

Great Experience at Cooper's Hawk! I recently dined at Cooper's Hawk and had a wonderful experience. There was a bit of a wait before a server came over, but our server explained there had been a last-minute switch and apologized for the delay. Once he arrived, everything was perfect. Our server was attentive, welcoming, and even engaged with my child, which was a nice touch. He made great food suggestions, and everything we ordered was well-prepared and delicious. The atmosphere was pleasant, and we felt taken care of throughout the meal. Overall, we had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. If you visit, be sure to ask to sit in William’s section – he made our experience even better!

We had a wonderful experience with Alexandra, Our server was outstanding. Food was delicious and the staff for the wine tastings, were just wonderful and thoughtful.
