The service was very poor, the noise level was high., .the food was mediocre to good...the mocktail was flavorless...all in all, sadly not up to set-high -by-reviews-and-word-of-mouth expectations ...I am very non picky and try to not write negativr eviews ever but could not find a manager at end of meal to talk to instead of writing a review...

Host was busy talking to a server so had to go and get happy hour menu myself. She gave me one for a table of 4 when we were the only table in the dining room. Server was friendly but things were just off from what is usually a wonderful experience. Wine still good and food was still great!

Third time eating at this location. I noticed that the service and the kitchen were very slow this time, in comparison to previous visits. We waited a long time to place our order, had to ask other waiters for items that our server said she would get us and never did. After waiting a long time for our food, one of the two entrees came out with different sides than requested. That was quickly corrected, but I noticed the other tables around me also waiting a long period of time for their food. Maybe both the kitchen and waiters were understaffed. Food was good, as usual, but will likely go somewhere else for our next meal out.

Tasting room attendant seems to focus on selling memberships then talking about the wines. Maybe turn the lights up a bit in the tasting room hard to read the tasting choices. Family dinner perfect. Service awesome food wonderful.

Food is always good - brussel sprouts is a must order! We had Emily last night at this location and she offered great services as we celebrating an event. All the staff are super friendly and promtp to bring us what we need. Highly recommend

Have enjoyed our dining experience at Cooper's Hawk many times and plan on returning many more times. I have to admit, Friday nights are more energetic than other times and abit more difficult to visit but the rest is first class.
