Kelsey was very sweet and very accommodating. She was also very attentive and was gracious with my dad’s playful demeanor. Teased about coming around the wall and being a different waitress and scaring him.

We had a great experience for dinner. Made our reservation to be seated in the bar in a booth . It is actually quieter in the bar than the restaurant! I asked for my flatbread well done and my husband asked for his Bolognese without mushrooms. Both of our requests were very much accommodated. Service was good from the moment we went up to the host desk, to our server, to when we left.

We had a wonderful New Year's Day meal. Our server Derrick was amazing; had great recommendations. And the two tastings per person at the table was a very unique and wonderful addition to our meal

I am a wine club member for Cooper's Hawk so I eat at the restaurant frequently. We went for lunch as soon as they opened at 11:00 am we were greeted immediately by the staff and managers. All were warm, friendly and courteous. We were seated and Iliana, our waitress took great care of us. She was warm and friendly and checked on us recurrently even as the restaurant got busy. The food (seared Sushi) was excellent. The desert was excellent.

Wow from appetizer to entree to desert and wine choices everything was amazing our whole family loved every meal we ate , every drink and our choice of deserts the crème brûlée , the sirloin and mahi mahi were amazing . The lobster bisque and pesto flat bread were amazing as well Being it new years eve the staff was amazing and patient .

Our waitress was amazing. My only complaint was making a reservation and being five minutes early only to not be seated for 30/35 ish minutes.

This is our go-to restaurant, and has been ever since they opened. From appetizer to desert, from wine tasting to our final selection (Super Tuscan…the best!) it was all perfect. Our waitress, Emily, was very attentive, without being a nuisance, she had great suggestions and was very pleasant to visit with. If you ever have the chance, definitely make this a dinner destination.

So happy to be happy to be dining at Cooper’s Hawk for New Years and relieved when the hostess told us that we would be sat at 6:00pm- the precise time we reserved 4 week prior for our New Years Dinner. Disappointed when we were led to a very noisy 2 person booth next to an exit throughout the dinner dining customers left by this door and let in cold windy drafts. The saving grace was our competent warm waitstaff Aaron was attentive and available serving our lovely surf and turf dinners. I had the filet medallions and the lobster tail stuffed with crab. The broccolini and Mary’s Potatoes were delicious. The meat was cooked exactly to my liking and my husband was amused when I would mouth my pleasure with “ oh yum noises” while dunking the tail in drawn butter! My husband equally enjoyed his grilled pork chop and grilled salmon. The bill was surprisingly fair and we left happy despite our disappointment with the table.

Nice New Year's Eve meal. Grouper was tasty. Nutty Topping was rather thick and I scraped it off so I could taste fish. Caesar salad fine but lettuce was mostly slightly old bitter outer leaves. Missed the crunchy tender inner romaine leaves, especially for the price. Delicious mashed potatoes. Husband liked shrimp and scallop risotto. Delightful crème brûlée with crunchy sugar topping for dessert. Our waitress was personable but very manic and forgetful but it was New Year's Eve so would give it a pass. Lots of servers and food runners but not much other personal attention from anyone but our waitress. Love the patio setting.
