We arrived at 6:25 pm for our 6:30 reservation, but wasn't seated for almost half an hour. This was a sign of things to come, though we didn't know it at the time. There were only 2 of us. It was our worst dining experience ever. We ordered the Thanksgiving dinner, and they were nice enough to substitute a very tasty soup for the one on the menu, since neither of us could eat butternut squash soup. It ended up being the best part of the meal. It was Shrimp, Crab, Lobster Bisque, lobster being the broth. Though the flavor was very very good, I didn't have one piece of shrimp or crab in my cup. I ordered a Raspberry Sangria, and have never waited so long for a drink. It was also an unusually long time for the first course to arrive, and even longer for the main meal. There were so many things wrong with this, I almost don't' know where to start. The plate held 2 slices of turkey, stuffing, potatoes, and vegetables (green beans and carrots). The veggies had no flavor whatsoever, but were simply bland and not worth eating. I had to ask for gravy, which was barely visible on the turkey, and none on the stuffing at all. It took so long for the waitress to bring it that my turkey and stuffing were cold. I just gave up and didn't eat any more. We finally got to dessert, which was Praline Pumpkin Cheesecake, and it was very good. This entire fiasco kept us there until 9:45 pm. I believe we were the last guests, and all the other wait staff were busily cleaning up for the night, and the lights had been brought up for them to do their work. The problem was not only with the food, but our waitress was not very efficient, as she had to walk back and forth so many times after we asked for things, i.e. please bring some water, lemon, to go boxes, dessert, etc. I believe we had to ask for boxes 3 times, and then she didn't bring the number we requested, so she had to go back again. This was the story the entire evening, thus the reason we were there so long.

Awesome thanksgiving dinner. We’ve never had thanksgiving dinner not at home! But we feel spoiled to have had such a great experience out this year. The food and service were fantastic. Thanks to our server Andrew for the lols along the way.

The food was delicious. Our service was also great. We had Regan and she was awesome! It was a little loud on the patio, but it was also very busy. My only complaint would be that they charge $10 more for a bottle of wine in the restaurant than in the tasting room, even a bottle I was getting as a gift, to go. Other than that, we enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner and we will definitely return when we're in the Phoenix area.

It was very, very busy due to the holiday. We were seated pretty quickly for our reservation. The food was good although the soup was not very hot. Our waiter, Jackson, was very nice and accommodating.

Thanksgiving dinner was delicious. Service was a little slow, but they were extremely busy, so I felt it was very good under the circumstances. The food was very very very good and our server was doing her best despite being extremely busy

Visiting family from the east coast and found the service and food provided by Cooper’s Hawk to be an exceptional value. Kudos to the staff who were very friendly and responsive.

Good meal. There were only 2 of us so the large parties took a lot of time for the waiter. It was Thanksgiving so no complaints 😊

Everyone Employed at COOPERS HAWK is very friendly and helpful. We were seated promptly. Greeted by our personablr and knowledgeable waiter "Carson". Confirming that the Shrimp Appetizer was a good choice. "Delicious". Cocktails were very good. Ww ordered the Traditional Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner. Another great choice.
