My fiancé and I have been to numerous Coopers Hawk locations, are members of the wine club and enjoy the various delicious options from their menu, although this location was very disappointing. Very loud and obnoxious environment for the time of the day we went, 1:30pm on a Sunday for wine tasting, and poor service. Had reservations for lunch at 2:30pm, was not seated until 2:45pm. Took nearly over an hour to receive our meals and the table near us was seated after us and had their meals before ours. Seemed very unprofessional and unorganized location. Would not return unless there is a change in staff.

Tiffiany was our server, extremely inexperienced, asked us if we wanted bread, never brought any. It took her 20 minutes to get the bottle of wine we ordered. The salmon was burnt black on the bottom. Tiffiany didn’t find it concerning. Probably worst experience ever at Cooper Hawk and I’m sad to say we’re thinking about giving up our wine club that we’ve had for at least 5 years. We’re going to give it one more try and then decide.

We had an 8:30pm reservation on a Friday night to celebrate two birthdays and have a get-together with friends. We weren't able to be sat right away because the party who had our table wouldn't get up. We didn't mind waiting. The manager and the staff were very apologetic and accommodating. When we were sat, the manager gave us free appetizers for the inconvenience (but it really wasn't a big deal) and that was nice. We had a great time despite having to wait! Our server was funny, personable, and super helpful (I'm so sorry I don't remember your name).

Our visit to Cooper’s Hawk was nothing short of outstanding, thanks to an incredible team that truly defines excellent customer service. •Aniyah, the greeter, set the perfect first impression with her warm welcome and bright smile. She was friendly, professional, and made sure I felt valued the moment we walked in. •Merci our server, provided top-tier service with great attention to detail. She was knowledgeable about the different types of tastings and offered excellent recommendations, and ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit. •Lexie went above and beyond with her exceptional hospitality. Her positive attitude and genuine care made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Manager Jason leads a fantastic team, ensuring that service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction are always a priority. The restaurant was spotless, the atmosphere inviting, and the staff worked seamlessly together. Nicole also played a great role with checking in to make sure everything was well. We could write a chapter of the extraordinary dining experience however to really understand you need to visit this Coopers Hawk yourself. This is a prime example of what customer service should be! We highly recommend Cooper’s Hawk and look forward to returning.

The food was pretty good, but I’m not a huge fan of the menu options. The lighting over the bar booths is very harsh. The service was great. The drinks were generous, and the old fashioned was well made. I’ll be back to order pasta or something else without a bunch of sauces.
