Been there a couple of times since they opened. Service is spotty. Servers will go a long while before checking on you. Also the African American girl at the host stand is kinda rude.

Still working through new location kinks, but there is good consistency in food and wine for this new Schererville outpost. We had an enjoyable time and our hospitality gem Zakai was a delight. Consider two recommendations: a) offer dressing-on-the-side option for salads. There’s simply too much on the salads currently (and not just the Schererville location); and b) for the wine tasting area, consider putting “stunt liquid” in the empty bottle displays on the wine shelves. Though understandably for “anti-theft”, it makes CH appear that they can’t trust their customers before we even sit down. (Almond white sangria is simply un-stealable anyway. blah.) Ultimately, the food, wine and service will make this location a success for years to come.

Friendly staff- nice crowd . Out of somethings … Received my entree without mash potatoes— Kept trying to tell the waitress the salmon comes with it —- but it didn’t matter they were out . Would have like to have known before my salmon came out with just Cole slaw. Will be back It was New Year”s and I know people love to go out cause I do before midnight

We had a great experience. This was our first time at the new location. I have to congratulate the kitchen staff. The restaurant was very busy, it was New Year’s Eve, the staff was new, and all of our dishes came out hot, beautiful, together, and prepared perfectly. Who ever is responsible for your menu development and staff training is hitting it out of the park.

Food and wine were delicious. Must've had an inexperienced server. I feel that she was either nervous or just in a hurry to get us over with. Tried to cap my bottle of wine, while I was in the middle of my dinner. We were never offered coffee or dessert. My spouse made a request for coffee and dessert, rather than ask me if I would care for something, she turned to walk away. I had to stop her and ask if I could also have coffee and dessert. Not the best experience, hopefully she was just having a bad day!

Friendly and courteous service, apps and mains were great. cranberry sangria was a miss, do not recommend - tasted like juice mixed with soda. Lovely ambiance, we will be back!
