We were a party of six. Branton was our server, and was outstanding. He was perfect with his patience, timing and explanations. I had first experienced Coopers Hawk back in Illinois and liked it very much. The Sarasota location is the best. I had jambalaya, my husband had the three medallions of beef. Both were excellent. Our friends had flat bread, salads, salmon and raved about the shrimp crab lobster bisque. I have never had anything I did not like. Do not hesitate to book a table, relax and enjoy.

The food was absolutely delicious. But the best part of our visit was our server, Savanna. She is new to Coopers Hawk but you would not have known that. Her service was excellent and she was such a warm and friendly person. I will be requesting her as our server on our future visits.

This is a great restaurant with a welcoming ambiance and friendly team members. From starter to dessert the quality and tastes was outstanding. Our sever ( Suzannah) was very accommodating and knowledgeable.

This was our sixth visit to this location and as usual, we were not disappointed. Our server, Suzannah (Suzie) was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable of both the wines and the food and offered delicious suggestions for both food and drink. All four of our entrees were served hot, fresh, and delicious. We will definitely return again.

Waitress was unfriendly she spilled water on me twice and barely said "sorry". We went early to avoid the crowds because it gets VERY loud inside, but we were seated right next to another couple. Then, they seated a group of 8 with 3 kids right next to us on the other side, even though a good portion of the restaurant was empty. Food portions were very small. We've struggled to find good food or atmosphere at this restaurant. We will be canceling our wine membership.
