We usually love Cooper's Hawk, unfortunately today we left very disappointed. It took quite some time to be greeted after we were seated. A manager came over and apologized for the wait. Then after appetizer, dishes and menus were never cleared. We asked for water refills, they were never brought. We had to get up and fill our own glasses by using a water pitcher at the server's station. We were never asked if we wanted dessert or if we needed anything after our entrees were served. And the end of our meal (appetizer, bottle of wine, 2 meals) all of the dirty dishes, utensils and menus were still at our table. Very disappointed in our experience today. We saw at least 4 managers working yet none checked back again or were aware as to what was lacking in the area of service.

I am a wine club member, refer people here all of the time and usually love this place. But… On our last three visits to Cooper’s Hawk in Sarasota, the service has been sub-par and almost non-existent during our meals. CH is our usual “go-to” restaurant for birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, and any time we want an overall great dining experience. Not sure what has happened but we have walked away this time saying we won’t be back for a while and hope, at the point when we do return, they’ve gotten their act together. Food is always excellent, but they are missing the mark on the exceptional service we have grown accustomed to and appreciate!

Celebrated my birthday at Cooper’sHawk today. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Food was outstanding. Shared Thai Lettuce wraps. They were incredible. Plenty for two people. We ordered the mahi-mahi sandwich with a side of fruit, and jambalaya for our meal. Both were delicious. Wanted to take some home for later, but it was so good, we finished both meals. For dessert, the truffles with whipped cream and raspberry sauce were the perfect ending to a memorable birthday meal. And, of course, you cannot forget the wine. A flight of reds. Can’t wait to go back and try more menu items! Thank you for being a top quality dining experience.

Food was amazing I had trio of steak medallions which were cooked perfect, my husband had filet mignon which he said was excellent and cooked to perfection.

What a great experience, 4 of us went on a Sunday at 1:15 so we were able to get lunch selections. I had a BBQ Ranch Salad and it was perfect! Not overly dressed like a lot of restaurants and no wilted lettuce! One girlfriend had the Leonard burger and she devoured it. Another had the salmon and she said it was great. Lastly my 4th friend had chicken picata and she said it was perfect. We had espresso martinis, an Italian wine and a moscato, so we didn't do the pairings. We had truffles, chocolate cookie and vanilla ice cream and the smore bowl. All were delicious. As we were leaving one of the group said that was so good, we will have to go to the one in Fort Myers where we live. All agreed!!!

One of my favorite restaurants. Food is always good. Service was a bit slow but that may be due to them being so busy. Also, as a table of 7, I can see how we may be a bit loud to the table of 4 right next to us. The tables are very close together. Overall, a great experience!
