Tyler was our server and he was prompt and very professional. All the food we had was excellent. Highly recommend the drunken shrimp, the meatballs, the grouper, the beef medallions. We tried the red wines flight and then ordered a bottle of their cabernet which was very good.

Server was training, so not his fault…but, should not be the customer’s responsibility to endure a completely inexperienced server, and the expense of a full priced experience. The food was off too.. a medium rare burger was beyond well done… no pink inside, no juices running. Tuna was fishy. Short ribs were loaded with butter. All around, this was a fail.

We frequent Coopers often since we are club members. However, our experience last evening was not the best. First, we had a reservation for the bar which we prefer over the dining room. They could not accommodate us without a long wait. Had to be seated in dining room. It was extremely loud and the servers were running around. Our waitress did the best she could but we definitely did not get the attention as in the past. Hope this was a one time occurrence.

Our server, Danielle, was excellent! Kudos to her!! Parking was an ordeal. We've preferred your location to the one in Tampa because their lot is so small but for some reason parking last night at your location was terrible! Not your fault, just remarking. :) Only complaint - it was FREEZING. I commented about it to the young man who sat us and he agreed, and our server, Danielle, admitted that it was very cold. It was uncomfortably cold. Yes, it's hot outside. But no reason to hang meat in the restaurant. Thank you

Coopers Hawk has always been exceptional in all aspects of the winery and restaurant. We’ve belonged for over ten years and have always enjoyed it. The Sarasota restaurant has kept the exemplary service and food going for the franchise.

We drive an hour here every 6-8 weeks…and, as usual, last night was no exception. Outstanding food, great wine, impeccable service. A vibrant crowd. Other than a bit noisy, I can’t think of one thing I’d change. A top shelf dining experience. Not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.
