The tortilla soup is outstanding as is the Vin Noir wine of the month. Their sandwiches and burgers are great. Highly recommend for dinner or lunch.

20 minutes late getting us to our table. The food was OK, and staff was good. But the wait really was an issue. I have seen this in prior visits. Not sure I will be going back.

Reservation at 6:30 arrived on time and seated by 6:45. We had Brussels sprouts app which was very good, shrimp scampi also very good and a shrimp and scallop risotto. The risotto was slightly overcooked but very flavourful. This is a common problem for restaurants that partially cook the rice ahead. Still, it was quite good. Our server was great, attentive without being overbearing. The noise level was high but we were able to have a conversation without shouting.

It was my husband’s birthday and was far from a special experience. We brought an ice cream cake that the host was asked to put in the freezer. By the time we finished dinner and tracked down the cake it was nearly melted. The cake was clearly put in the refrigerator. Also the server was unaware of the cake and poorly trained. I told him I had an onion allergy and asked if the veggie enchiladas had onion and he asked me for the menu so he could check. He was absolutely unaware of items on the menu as when I received the food there were red onions clearly visible on a slaw with my meal. Lastly, service was slow, the server was polite just poorly trained. It’s a shame, season or not, for the price you pay I expect better! By the way, I left a message on the restaurant manager’s voicemail and have yet to hear back.

We wanted to try brunch. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. We belong to the wine club so we already knew the wine would be good S well.

Our group of 6 had reservations for noon on a Saturday before seeing a show at Van Wezel. The waitress was awesome and the menu had lots of options for our varied diets. All of us loved our meals. Our only complaint is that we informed our server that we were on a timeline due to our show. It took 50 minutes to get our food and by the time we got out of there, we were late to the show.
