The noise level continues to be at ridiculous levels, whereby a group of friends literally cannot hear one another, unless they are talking into their ear or shouting across the table. It is exhausting to have a conversation anytime that we do. Good quality has noticeably changed when we went a few weeks ago, the fish was cold with very little taste. One Friends’s chicken dish was very tough and chewy. We tried again last night and two of the fish were cold with very little sauce and we needed a steak knife to cut the broccoli. The food is very high priced for the quality that we’ve been experiencing in the last few months.

Food came out cold. Server was not attentive enough. When we requested for our bottle reward, the wine cashier was demeaning about my choice and questioning the wine choice. I’ve been a member for years and this location is the worse! I am thinking about cancelling my membership. Just a terrible experience!

First time at this location. We are wine club members and had the opportunity to be waited on by two very good employees in training, one at the wine counter and the other at our table. Both were very knowledgeable and very helpful. We will definitely return to this location again soon for fantastic wine and food!

We are somewhat regulars (once/twice per month since opening this location) and received the BEST service in a long time during this visit. Kenny was absolutely awesome. He was knowledgeable about the food and wine menu and very attentive, more so than other servers in past several visits.

Amazing customer service! The food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend the chef’s recommendations. Appetizers were also amazing! Great time with a wonderful atmosphere!

Food took along time to get to us. Service was ok. Food quality was not as good as usual! I had grouper which was not great for $32. Prices seem to just keep going up. $ 10-12 for happy hour bites??

The first cup of coffee was only warm rather than hot. The waitress never brought bread despite being asked and despite promising twice to do so. The entree salad was skimpy. All in all disappointing.
