Had to wait 20 mins even having made a reservation. Was fine with that, as people could get a 30/45 minute wine tour. Our food was disappointing, as I had a chef recommendation of shrimp and lobster butternut squash ravioli. The seafood was good but the ravioli itself was harder than normal and the butternut squash flavoring reminded me more of a cheap pumpkin pie filling. My husband got a ground turkey burger. It was supposedly to be made with red onion, which it was not. Tons of chopped green onion mixed in the meat. It was stuffed with the wrong onion. It was also supposedly to have a tomato and lettuce on top, which it did not. The best thing was the pretzel bread. Our server was very nice. Being seated outside, was better than we thought as it’s covered and has ceiling heaters. Maybe try a steak or seafood if you go there.

We have been here before and have had several great experiences. This was Christmas Eve so we understood that it may be busy, etc. we had made a 7:45 reservation and they were running late but that was understandable. We were seated and our waiter was very welcoming, however, we were never offered bread, but asked for it and recieved it after we saw that other tables received bread. The dinner itself was ok, although both the mahi and the medallions were overcooked. I had called and asked about any birthday traditions as it was my husband’s 60th birthday and was told they would bring birthday truffles to the table. Nope!!! This did not happen. No truffles. Nothing. Not sure if we’ll go back. Quality and service really not worth the price.

Experience was mixed but understandable given the holiday rush. A 20-minute wait past the reservation time. The appetizers were a hit! The entrees didn’t quite live up to expectations. A butterfly-cut filet can change the texture and flavor profile, and it would’ve been helpful for the waitress to mention it upfront.

My wife and I loved our pasta dishes at Cooper's Hawk. Nice, modern, and clean restaurant and wine tasting areas. Great service.

The appetizer calamar had feeezer burn so it was very chewy in areas and hard. otherwise everything else was perfect..

I reserved a booth in the bar and was told after waiting 10 minutes that this reservation could not be honored. I asked hostess to speak with a manager and she said she would tell her I was not happy. The female manager age pointed to never spoke with me - I waited another 10 minutes at the hostess stand and we dined for over an hour after seated. This was the first time here I had an issue and it was not resolved. This is disappointing. The restaurant was not very busy. Food was good and service in Dinh g room good but I’m giving the low score for hostess and lack of management addressing an issue for a reservation that was not honored.
