We have been members since the Rockville location opened in 2019. This was probably our worst experience. As members you get a wine tasting. When we arrived, the wine tasting bar was packed two(2) deep (or more). So no wine tasting to check out this (and last months wine) We check in with the hostess, and wait to be seated. There were plenty of open tables and booths, but the person seating us brings us to a table located in traffic area with large groups all around. We ask for a booth or another spot, the person essentially says take it or leave it, and we need to go back to the front to speak to the hostess. (wonderful customer service) We walk back to the front of the restaurant and after about 10 min are re-seated at one of the booths that was clear and clean before. (yes the manager came over and apologized) Our waiter comes by, gets our membership card, we had already decided before we sat down what wine and what appetizer we wanted and ordered. We were told that fresh bread was not ready yet and would be coming soon, that he had tables at each end of the restaurant and outside as well and he apologized up front for having to run back and forth. (what poor management does not assign wait staff a section in one place) The appetizer showed up ~ 15 min later, but no bread or wine. We asked about the wine when we saw our waiter and he said he would get it. He came back with Bread ( when we were just about half done with the Pot sticker appetizer) We asked about the wine, and he asked if we were ready to order, we ordered our dinners. Our dinners came about 20 min after ordering but we still have not gotten our wine. He also came by as we asked about our wine. he apologized that that he forgot, and run off to get it. The food was good (as always) the place was loader than normal, the service was terrible. We did not have desert. We asked for our check and left. No Wine tasting or wine pickup. The bar was even more packaged.

This is our first experience and we were delighted with the overall dining experience. The atmosphere was vibrant and the service was excellent. The food was well prepared and very good. We will definitely come back to try more dishes!

Our server was fabulous! The food was all delicious! We had the always amazing calamari and potstickers to start! I had the tuna which never disappoints! My husband had the filet and it was cooked perfectly. My kids each had a burger and loved it!

The sauces were incredibly overdone. The dressing on our Asian slaw was so abundant that it pooled across the entire dinner plate
